What is the Amp Light Shipping Policy?

If the carrier attempts delivery to you and the package is returned to us, it will be the buyer’s responsibility to pay the shipping fee to reship the order. When you receive your tracking number, please keep an eye out for the package. This may be due to you not being home, a change of address, etc.

How are shipping taxes and duties handled?

All countries outside of the US may be subject to import duty or tax which is the backer’s responsibility to pay. We recommend you check with the customs and border protection authority of your country as the rates vary from country to country.
