We’re launching in March, but support our crowdfunding campaign now, and you will save money on your monthly subscription to the brand-new service, while helping a whole bunch of people impacted by the events of 2020.

The magic of new beginnings is truly powerful, and spring 2021 will see a great new beginning for the VO world with the launch of CastVoices!

We were planning to get this to you last year, but, well, 2020 happened – So we decided to use that time to create an even stronger launch offering for the voice acting industry!

We are launching early access for CastVoices and using our platform to give back to people suffering from the impacts of the pandemic.

The CastVoices leadership team is made of individuals who love the acting industry and want to help the people who make it great. 

We at CastVoices (Liz Atherton, Nick Krause, Bobby and Elizabeth Alcott, Adam Creighton) are passionate about helping people. While we are working hard on our launch, we are also taking care of people in need – in the VO industry and beyond. 

By signing up early, not only will you be in the initial talent pool when we go live, but a portion of your subscription will help others during these really tough times.

Here’s how it works:

CastVoices is a marketplace where folks with voiceover work find the perfect voiceover talent for a job and enables so much more!  In addition to finding VO work possibilities (we’ve already got projects in queue, and will adding many more leading up to launch), you can use your enhanced CastVoices profile as your voiceover website. Depending on your subscription level (there will also be a free tier), you can load lots and lots of collateral to elevate your presence and searchability within the program and across the web.

CastVoices has multiple levels of subscriptions to meet your individual needs.

For Talent, if you subscribe early at the:

•    PRO level ($250/year) – We will donate $100 per early subscriber.
•    STANDARD level ($150/year) – We will donate $50 per early subscriber.

For Agents, subscribe early at the AGENT level, and we will donate $250 of your $750 discounted first-year subscription fee.

Let’s talk about CastVoices!

Aside from helping others, here’s what you get with your early access subscription.

CastVoices is a jobs platform where clients (Film/TV, gaming, animation, e-learning, and more) post opportunities for voice over through the site, and invite talent directly, target talent through a search, or invite talent through agents. Talent then audition through our proprietary file-sharing, review, and callback process, and (of course) book projects.

We already have projects in queue for when we officially launch this March, with more and more added leading up to the big day.

Professionally, our leadership team has spent the last 25 years working with creatives, studios, casting directors, project managers, audio directors, and talent to connect the work and the worker.  We maintain and value these relationships and look forward to making CastVoices the go-to choice for finding the right talent and projects.

We have designed CastVoices to give our users exceptional results at a better price point. 

For this fundraiser we have two talent levels:

Pro:                 1 year subscription: $250 – and we will donate $100

Standard:     1 year subscription: $150 – and we will donate $50

We will also have a Basic (free) option available closer to launch. This tier will allow you to be invited, through matching or through your agent, to audition for projects, and to have a minimum visible presence on the site.

PRO SUBSCRIPTION FEATURES – $250/YEAR – all STANDARD features, plus:

• Brand your resume with your logo AND add up to 10 profile images.
• Highlight logos from your favorite, most impressing clients on your resume!
• Casting Directors, Advertising Agencies and Producers can add you to their rosters within CastVoices for direct invite to projects.
• You get a 30-second “Soundbite” demo that is attached to your main image.  This unique demo is playable anywhere on the site that you show up, including every audition submitted to casting.
• Upload up to ten video demos.
• Upload UNLIMITED audio demos and tags.    

STANDARD SUBSCRIPTION FEATURES – $150/YEAR:

• Instantly be set up with a public profile on CastVoices where you can upload images, demos, update your resume, brand yourself, and tell the world who you are.
• Easy user interface allows you to share your profile on major social media.
• Highlight your experience and show off your demos under any of our 30+ VO categories.
• Automatically receive audition opportunities through our matching system or through your agent(s).
• Be invited directly to audition from Casting, Advertising Agencies, and Producers (they can set-up rosters on CastVoices).
• See details on every role that you’ve been invited to or booked.
• Add up to five videos to your resume.
• Add up to five demos with multiple tags to your resume.
• Add up to three images (these can be logos, headshots, other branding) to your profile.
• Wonder what casting is thinking?  If they shared, you can see it!
• Get an ad-free experience on CastVoices.
• Automatically link to your representation by inviting them to connect on CastVoices via email.
• Ability to share your profile on major social media sites.
• Tag yourself in any one of our 30+ VO categories.
• Automatically receive audition opportunities through our matching system or through your agent(s).
• See details on every role that you’ve been invited to or booked. 

AGENT FEATURES

Get a unified view of your talent in which you can:

• Separate talent into different rosters using tags.
• View the details of any given talent with ease, including contact info and submission history.
• Navigate through your talent with filters based on primary agent, demo type, gender, and active status.
• No need to manage profiles for each of your talent – On CastVoices, each talent takes care of their own profile.

Submit groups of talent for projects:

• Review and approve / deny each take that talent sends you for submissions.
• Sort final submissions into any desired order before sending.
• Leave notes on submissions for casting directors to read.
• See a quick view of how many talent have submitted on any given project before you review takes.

Have an in-depth history on every project you’ve submitted:

• Whether one of your talent booked it or not, you can always go back to see details of projects you’ve submitted on.

Get a web presence for your agency and all of the agents in it:

• Each agency on CastVoices gets a branded profile where people can:
  • See contact info for your agency (optional).
  • Follow a link to see your agency’s website if you have one.
  • See the talent that you represent in an easy-to-navigate view.
  • See talent that have recently booked something through your agency.
  • View agents in your agency.

View reports about your agency:

• Expiring buys – know which projects are expiring so you can ensure to invoice or get releases for rebuys on time.
• Talent Active/Inactive/Invited status – see which of your talent have signed up to the platform, which ones are inactive (not available to submit), and which ones are active.
• Submission history – See which talent respond to the most submissions, how many times you’ve submitted them, and how many projects they’ve booked.
