Step 1: Insert the support pole in the elastic strap located at the back of the target. Propping the front of the target up, and at an angle.

Step 2: Insert the foam noodles for floatation.

Step 3: Fill the weight bags with water, rocks, etc. This will stabilize the target on shore, or to the bottom of your pool, lake, river, or ocean. Keeping the targets from floating away.

SHIPPING POLICY

It is critical that you enter your correct, valid address when placing your order. If our shipping carrier attempts delivery to you and you don’t get it because you’re not there, wrong address or moved without notifying us, and the package returns back to our warehouse, it will be the buyer’s responsibility to pay the shipping fee to reship the order. When you receive your tracking number, please keep an eye out for the package.

Our terms of sale for international orders are FOB destination. This means that you pay all duties or taxes in your country if applicable. As we are shipping these products all over the world, it is impossible for us to build in the various duties, VAT and GST tax for each location through Indiegogo.

For international customers who are required to pay customs, you will receive an email from your local customs authorities asking for payment to have your order processed through customs. Unfortunately, there is no legal way around customs (including marking an order as a gift, which we cannot do). Once you make that payment to the customs broker your order will be processed for final delivery.

Recently, we have been reminded that unprecedented situations such as a pandemic can tie up companies and keep them from being able to perform to the best of their ability. Most importantly my team was reminded that not even a pandemic can slow down our company. Our ability to launch this summer is a testament to our ability to not be overcome by even the toughest obstacles. We believe that with the proper preparation it is possible to properly manage expectations even in the worst case in scenarios. The way we have done this is by having back ups for everything. Back up manufactures back up fulfillment centers etc. We built a buffer into our timeline just in case everything that could go wrong does go wrong. We know that with resilience it is possible to overcome even the toughest situations. We are prepared for anything. In the case that something does go wrong our backers will be the first to know.
