We dared to dream!

My family has been on the Keto diet for years.  We have followed this diet not just for weight loss, but also because we have a history of inflammatory and insulin resistance issues.  Like any other family, we like game night with snacks and quick meals and all the things that sometimes are impossible to eat on Keto.  It does not have to be this way! 

Just Look What We’ve Done!

My family now enjoys chips and dip on game nights, and I can make nachos in the air fryer quickly and without feeling guilty.  That is a good feeling!  Even my picky 8 and 6-year-old boys never ask for store-bought chips.  They ask for my chips.  And, because it is a low glycemic food, even my diabetic family members are now able to join in family events and have snacks.  It has been a gift. 

The process, however, to turn these ingredients into a chip is unique.  It is not your average chip, so it was not easy, but we feel it was worth all the work to make it happen!  It will take a specialized chip processing line to bring these to mass production and being a small cottage manufacturer, we are not able to do that.  WE NEED YOUR HELP!  We need a commercial kitchen to install specialized equipment to upscale production and bring the cost of the chips down, so they are readily accessible to all!  Simple ingredients not so simple process.

What We Need & What You Get

• We need a specialized frying and bagging system that will produce thousands of bags a day.  The frying line alone will be roughly 30,000 dollars.  We have purchased the land needed to build the facility, so we are all in!  The more funds we get, the bigger the equipment we can purchase, the more chips we can produce!
• Once completed you will be the first to receive these chips from our brand-new facility, and if you put us in contact with a local vendor, we will make sure they have first rights to get them in your area!
• Also, each person making a donation will get chips sent to them as soon as it ends!  That is unique for an Indiegogo campaign.  No waiting to get your perk.  We send them out in the order they are received!  You can start enjoying your perk!!
• Even if we do not reach our full financial goal, we will still put all funds into building a new larger facility because our hearts are dedicated to giving you the ability to join in the fun but not the carbs!

Our goal is to spread the joy.

This has made a difference to our family.  I can eat nachos and still have a fasting glucose in the 80’s the next morning.  For someone that is insulin resistant, that is epic!  We want to bring this same experience to people all over the world.  It is a big goal, but it can make a big impact!  Take a minute to imagine that young person that has never been able to just open a bag of chips with lunch and enjoy them just like their friends.  For them, its freedom. 

Challenges

We have already scaled this up to small production so we know we can get there.  However, it will take time since we must learn to do this with large scale equipment.  We expect this challenge, and we are ready to take it on!
