Be a catalyst and change the world! Culture, Community, and Legacy in the shape of garments!
A Quick Pause in the campaign
Our professional photographer, Edward Steel, has shot an amazing set of images of our capsule collection. Envisioning the success of this campaign, we will replace the perks/gifts images and boost our pages to grow even more our community, our network, our legacy.
Don’t worry, we will extend the campaign deadline.
If you have already backed us, nothing changes. The only update is aesthetics.
If you want to back us up without seeing our images, please do!

Who am I? What do I do?
Tzaritsa Asante is a posterity-thinking designer & entrepreneur. In 2020 she founded TZAR! a capsule collection working toward sustainability, empowerment of people within the industry through tackling modern slavery, and global diversity.
Committed to celebrating the difference in style & culture, Tzaritsa draws from a long career in International Development across 3 continents. Together with partners from various backgrounds/industries, she has embarked on a journey that lends itself to asking challenging questions within the fashion industry.
She strives for sustainable alternatives in collaboration with circular economy specialists to enable continuous improvements that foster a more inclusive, fairer & ecologically sound brand that is fit for purpose & profit.
She has aligned herself with pioneers within the textile industry, championing sustainability, by harnessing the ancient wisdoms of overlooked societies; partnering them with new technologies, in order to support human development & low carbon manufacturing.
Why Tzaritsa?
If not her, then who? If not now, then when? Educated in the west and Re-educated in the West of Africa, She has been able to harness the cultural ambiguities that would allow her to preserve and advocate for the sustaining & evolution of societies and environment, without suppressing one in naïve deference to another, we celebrate the difference grounded in truth.
The Campaign
Tzaritsa is running this campaign to boost TZAR!’s “go-to-market” stage. As you can see on the gifts, this innovative fashion brand has already designed and produced the prototypes and first release of its collection.
With the backers’ help, Tzaritsa will be able to invest in the full production and marketing tools to change the world! TZAR!’s clothes are more than just garments, they are an expression of cultural heritage, a reconnection to African roots, an elevation of communities, and a catalyst to more social and environmental fashion consumption. In case the campaign doesn’t reach the entire goal, the funds will still be very useful to invest in the production – Every help will count!
The difference is that TZAR! will go slowly to market. And we have no time to waste. The planet needs more sustainable brands, and brands that want to create change.
The Impact
We know that people come in all different sizes and shapes yet the clothing industry has continued to invest in a narrative of ‘normal’ which has meant so many are excluded from well-fitting clothes. Our open dialogue means that with data our patterning will change.
We are in the early stages of using blockchain for full traceability of our supply chain. Just by scanning our labels, you will be able to see the journey of what and who you are buying from. Our blockchain traceability won’t be fully rolled out until we go into production, as compliance for us to you.
We will be participating in collectives so that you have an easy route back for recycling/upcycling.
We make the market more dynamic and we meet the niche requirement of a sector that has previously only been considered as an addendum as opposed to culturally holding key principles that make for a more responsible market model.
We are committed to reinvesting 20% of our profits, in other sustainability and environmental projects.
In supporting us, you are legitimising the need for transparent, sustainable and environmentally preserving garments.
Risks & Challenges
Life is full of risks but supporting this project shouldn’t be one of them.
We have spent the last year meticulously researching and planning our product and supply chain. We’ve prototyped and iterated our designs, and built strong relations with our supply chain partners, so we’re confident that our products will deliver on time and match all your expectations.
As is common with production runs, there are some things that are outside our control, but we have taken every precaution possible and embedded buffers in our delivery time.
We’re committed to sending you regular updates with our progress and, in line with our company values, be transparent about any issues that we may face. Community is at the core of our company and communicating with you will remain a key priority.
