Shipping Procedure:

Within 4 hours of your order being shipped, you will receive a link to your tracking number with your shipping details. Once you have your tracking #, please keep watch for the package to be delivered. We use a shared post shipping method to have your order delivered at an affordable price. Orders to the continental USA will ship out from our facility in Southern California, with a major shipping company: USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

Your order will be handled by a major shipping company up to the entry of your country. Once your order enters your country it will be handed to your local post office in route for final delivery to you! International transit will have a 6-20 business day delivery time. U.S  domestic shipments will take 2-4 business days!

Shipping policy:

If our shipping carrier attempts delivery to you and you don’t get it because you are not there, wrong address, moved with out contacting us, and the package returns back to our warehouse, it will be the buyers responsibility to pay the shipping fee to reship the order. When you receive your tracking #, please keep watch for your package! For our international backers, please keep in mind that if you do not collect or claim your product it will be sent back to us at our expense and we will not be able to refund you your money.

We cannot mark orders as gifts. This is illegal, so we will not be able to do this!

For international customers who are required to pay customs, you will receive an email or phone call from USPS, FedEx, or your local customs authorities asking for payment to have your order processed and go through customs. The other primary risk in the current environment is with shipping delays and shipping times. As you know, Post-Covid, shipping has increased in cost as well as in time. We have factored the current situation into our delivery window and pricing and have made conservative estimates to prevent unnecessary delays.
