Trankyl: All services at Fingertips

Story

Short Summary

Let me tell you a story:

Linda is married and has 3 kids. In the morning her husband goes to work, kids to schools, and she stays at home all day long waiting for them. She wants to work but she does not have any diploma, added to that she could not find any opportunity with her time constrains as she is available only 3 days per week, 3 hours per day.

Until then no employer was accepting to hire her for a permanent work few hours per week… She starts getting frustrated, feeling useless, unable to bring some money at home.

Somewhere in the same city there is Odile, she is a business women so busy that she does not have time to cook fresh food for her 2 kids. Odile is desperate to find some help to take care of her home.

Fortunately here come Trankyl which put into connection Linda and Odile. There was no chance that Linda and Odile ever meet before. Linda helps Odile for cleaning home and cooking and Odile helps Linda with a salary which contributed to give her self estime and happiness in her family.

I am Sati founder of Trankyl, I am an engineer and an entrepreneur. The idea for the Trankyl project came to me when I was looking around: I saw relatives who asked me to help them find work, I also saw my friends who had trouble finding people they trusted to help them with their work at home without it costing to much money.

I thought there should be a way to connect these two parts, a way to meet each other’s needs…

Hence, the first version of Trankyl platform was created in 2021 with the hard work of our skilled and motivated team.

What is Trankyl ?

Trankyl is the only one platform for all the services. Trankyl helps service providers to get customers, and customers to find the best service provider. Trankyl plateforme is composed of :

– 1 web site,

– 1 vendor application named “Trankyl Heros” in which service providers enter their profile and their service catalogue

– 1 client application named “Trankyl” where customers can book services

Trankyl offers to the users assurance and guarantee on service quality. Trankyl was launched on the market in April 2021, with a successful MVP. Although the first 2 apps version has basics functionalities, it got big success and appreciation. In January 2022, we releases new version for the 2 apps with more improvement and flexibility.

How does Trankyl works ?

The services available on Trankyl platform are the following :

Home help, driver, nanny, laundry, laundry, cleaning, car wash, gardening, babysitting, security, cooking, shopping, teachers, braid, manicure, pedicure, hairdressing, massage, nurses, medicine, physiotherapy, carpentry, carpentry , masonry, plumbing, scrap iron, formwork, tiling, electricity, painting, car and motorcycle mechanics, appliance repair, air conditioning, tailoring, shoemaking, dressmaking, upholstery, graphics, photography, event organization, IT, sports, training, coaching. ..

What We Need ?

Trankyl projet MVP is successfully tested in Togo. Since 2021, lot of clients and services providers are interested seeing a big opportunities for theirs needs and businesses.

The potential of the concept is great. The business is running in a blue ocean market. the concept can be scaled and replicated to many more others countries in the world. This expansion needs more development, more marketing to advise the app, more ressources for service providers recruitment and trainings, more equipments.

– Service providers will be listed with their rating

– Clients will be able to rate service providers in the apps

– Clients will be able to chat with the service providers in the apps

– Client will be able to modify a booking

– Service providers will be able to rate the clients

– Service providers can upload galerie (Photos / Video) of their work

– There will be full payement options for each countries where Trankyl is running

– Users will be able to refer a friend

– Service providers will be able collect payment in their walled in the app

Added to that :

– Trankyl deployment in more countries requires:

– Working office rental

– Human ressources hiring (commercials, representative, customer services… )

– Company creation and administrative management

– Marketing and advertisement radio, tv, socials network

The number of countries in which Trankyl will be deployed depends of the amount of the fund raised.
