Unlike air boosters, our Mini-Pillows provide solid support and can be attached anywhere on your pillow’s neck or head section. This creates your perfect support structure!

• What are the dimensions of the SHENGXI: Stack Pillow? 

Super standard: 28.4″ x 16.5″ x 4.7″ (72cm x 42cm x 12cm). With a length halfway between the size of a standard and a queen pillow, they may be suitable for any mattress up to a queen. Super Standard is designed for sleepers who need extra space due to head size, body weight, or propensity to move during the night.

• What is the maximum height you can achieve with the STACK PILLOW PACK？

The highest loft you can achieve on different sections with the basic Stack Pillow package are:

Head Area – 6.4” (highest loft height you can achieve with one extra Head Mini-Pillow)

Neck Area – 6.7” (highest loft height you can achieve with two extra Neck Mini-Pillows)

Note:  These are not limitations of STACK PILLOW. If you have more Mini-Pillows or comfort core pillows, you could “stack” more combinations of heights. 

Also, your sleep position preference, head size, body weight, pillow filling materials, and mattress firmness are all factors that influence which pillow loft is ideal for you. Therefore, if you do not feel the free Mini Pillows could fit your needs after using Stack Pillow, you can always have more Mini-Pillows to get additional height rather than get an unadjustable new pillow. In this case, you can optimize your pillow perfectly to your needs.

• What is the maximum height you can achieve with the STACK DOWN PILLOW PACK？

• What are the dimensions of the Mini Pillow? 

Head mini pillow (filled with vegan down) – 9.5” x 12.6” x 2” (24cm x 32cm x 5.1cm)

Neck mini pillow (filled with vegan down) – 8.7” x 5.9” x 1” (22cm x 15cm x 2.54cm) 

Neck mini pillow (filled with bio memory foam) – 8.7” x 5.9” x 1” (22cm x 15cm x 2.54cm)

Since different materials have different material compression rates and firmness, we have designed the Mini-Pillows based on the actual height when the Mini-Pillow is in use(compressed when you are lying down on the pillow). In this way, we could make sure Mini-Pillows that are filled with different materials could provide the same additional loft height when you are lying down.

The additional height you can achieve with Mini Pillows when you are lying down on Stack Pillow are all set at 0.4”.  (Measured with normal-weight people lying down on a medium-firm mattress)

• How do the mini pillows connect to the pillow?

For the connection of Mini-Pillows, we use a thin micro-snap. It is very easy to use and also carefully installed on the fabric, so it won’t fall off when you use it. Mini-Pillow has snaps on both sides. If you do not use the Mini-Pillow, the support layer is directly snapped to the Stack Pillowcase. As a result, the two layers will always stay parallel because the support core pillow is well connected to the Stack Pillowcase. When you use the Mini-Pillow, one side of the Mini Pillow snapped to the support core pillow and the other side of the Mini Pillow snapped to the Stack Pillowcase. As a result, of course, you can stack several Mini-Pillows together. That is how you play with the “Stack” Pillow.

• What are the differences between SHENGXI: Stack Pillow and Stack Down Pillow?

Well, the comfort core pillow of stack pillow is filled with vegan down (our unique engineered helix hollow fiber) and the cloud core pillow of Stack Down Pillow is filled with high filling power 95% white goose down. Stack Down Pillow can be much fluffy and luxuriously soft, but also supportive. However, if you are sleeping hot with down or allergic to down, please choose Stack Pillow. 

• Will the Stack Down Pillow hurt my neck?

Definitely not. That is the reason we stack it with our bio-memory foam particles. 

• Would kind of color can I choose?

Right now, we have only one color. However, let us know what kind of color combination you want to get for the stack pillowcase, like white and blue. We will get the highest voting color in reality!

• How will I know if my Stack Pillow is shipped out?

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as we ship out the products. We are very familiar with international shipping logistics since our team is not doing Kickstarter for the first time. As soon as the campaign ends, we will send out a survey to collect addresses from you. We are pretty confident about the product’s mass production and the final delivery to your lovely home.

SHENGXI is a concept from ZEN. It means life and rest is a cycle. We feel refreshed if we sleep better. My cofounder Sai and I always take sleep seriously. We enjoy sleeping with good bedding products. We have got great mattresses, curtains, and bed sheets. They all bring us a lot of comforts and improve our sleep. However, not pillow. Cheaply built, ordinary pillows were disturbing our sleep. Interestingly, we found there are a lot of people like us. That is how we start with SHENGXI: Stack Pillow – only built for people who take sleep seriously.
