Customizable Oled Screen

The Swiftpoint Z2 is a truly unique and innovative mouse in the gaming and productivity market. One of its standout features is the OLED screen, which allows for customization. Although not a new feature, the Swiftpoint Z2 takes it to the next level by allowing you to display customized messages of your choice. Whether you want to intimidate your opponents with a message or display your business name, the possibilities are endless. The OLED screen can also show your profile, dpi, firmware, tilt angle, deep click forces and even the original Swiftpoint Z Animated Cube. It’s a great way to personalize your mouse and make it truly yours.

Deep Click allows you to assign multiple actions to a single button.

By pressing the button normally, one action is performed. Keeping your finger on the same button and pressing harder triggered a second or third action.

A couple of widely used examples are:

Right-click to aim down sights, press harder to steady aim, and press harder still to drop DPI.

Left-Click and drag to make a selection, and press harder to copy that selection or harder still to cut it.

These actions can be customized to create frequently used multi-button combinations and streamline your gameplay and workflow.

The Swiftpoint Z2 also includes optional haptic feedback allowing you to physically feel what level of deep click you have activated.

Swiftpoint Z2 sports a built-in accelerometer and gyroscope.

It knows when it is being tilted and gives you true analog controls just like a joystick, Space Mouse or Surface Dial would. 

Simply Lean the mouse to lean your character and peek (PubG, Hell Let Loose) around a tree or building. Tilt to make analog adjustments when driving, or clip on the 3-Axis Extender attachment and fly a plane!

Paired with next-level precision**, speed, responsiveness and expert tuning the Swiftpoint Z2 is capable of 650+ ips across the whole 50 – 26,000 DPI range. It can comfortably and consistently hit the all-important 1000 Hz polling rate.

Not only have we lifted the bar when it comes to computer mice, but we’ve also set a new benchmark when it comes to software.

With the Swiftpoint Z2 comes a new X1 Control Panel. With a new look, feel improvements and new features to compliment the Swiftpoint Z2. We have made the UI more user-friendly – it now sports a beautifully clean dark theme that is easier for the eye and to navigate.

The X1 Control Panel is where you will go to customize the pre-made game and design profiles and or create your own profiles, update your mouse firmware and be alerted about new features that are made available. The X1 Control Panel is available for both Windows and Mac.

INPUT COMBINATIONS

Some mice allow you to use one button as a modifier for all of the other buttons. The Z2 takes this idea to its final form by not only enabling you to do this on as many buttons as you like; plus tilts. 

But these buttons used to modify other inputs can still perform their normal action as well. For example, if there are actions that you perform frequently, but only while holding down the right click – instead of dedicating a button to them, add them directly to your right click.

The image below shows a deep click example mentioned previously. But we’ve also added lean left and right to the two thumb buttons.

These thumb button actions are only active while the right mouse button is held down. So you can still use the thumb buttons for other actions while not holding the right mouse button.

We’ve taken performance to a whole new level with the Swiftpoint Z2.

After spending over 2 years meticulously fine-tuning the performance of the Z2, it may look the same from the outside but underneath the shell, the Z2 feels like an entirely different beast.

We are blown away at how good the Z2 feels and performs and our top engineer is speechless at how good the new Z2 is. Many of you will know how rare it is for a tech engineer to be speechless and or fully happy about something they have created. 

After listening to customer feedback we have made design changes and improvements to the middle mouse button to prolong its lifespan and have fixed the issue of the build-up of dirt and grime. 

The original Swiftpoint Z bought with it some challenges around the lifespan of the Middle Mouse Button, but hey, the first version of a product is never 100% perfect. The design improvements that have been made to the middle mouse button are here to stay and we are very proud of them.

Aesthetic Upgrades

All Z2s’ come standard with new translucent fingertip/edge buttons and scroll wheel.

The Swiftpoint Z2 isn’t just a fantastic gaming mouse it also optimizes everyday OS actions like:

Screenshots, tab switching, app switching, volume control, music controls, zoom in and out, page refresh and faster scrolling. 

The deep-click pressure-sensitive buttons allow for faster and more intuitive text selection and manipulation.

The image below shows controlling media playback controls by assigning them to activate when you tilt the mouse to the left and extra scroll features when tilting the mouse to the right. 

 The Tilt-Scroll* feature allows for fast and safe scrolling through long documents.

Hey Indiegogo, we’re back!

If we haven’t met before, nice to meet you. We are Swiftpoint.

A tech company based in Christchurch, New Zealand, we are serial creators of CES award-winning premium ergonomic Pen-grip and Classic-grip mice. Back in 2016, we released the first version of the Swiftpoint Z gaming mouse on Kickstarter and later here on Indiegogo. With this incredible community helping us gain over 3000 pledges and raising over $500K USD – $1 million NZD we took Kickstarter and Indiegogo by storm. Shortly after the Kickstarter campaign finished, Swiftpoint Z claimed three CES awards and was also awarded “Gaming Mouse Of The Year in 2017”.

We loved that our small but innovative company threw a major spanner in the works for many of our global competitors as we showed the world what could be achieved when pushing the boundaries of gaming and computer mice.
