Nuwa Pen is our 3rd crowdfunding project since 2020 (PenPad & PenTips 2); we’ve gained experience since then. At Nuwa Innovation, we’re committed to delivering our products to our backers on time and with the highest quality possible. However, like any project, there are always risks and challenges that we may encounter along the way. We want to be transparent about these potential issues so you can make an informed decision before backing our project.

Supply Chain Risk: One of the most significant risks we face is supply chain disruption. While we have established relationships with our suppliers and manufacturers, unexpected delays or issues could arise. If any unforeseen supply chain issues occur, we promise to communicate with our backers promptly and provide regular updates. We’ll work tirelessly to overcome any obstacles and minimize any potential delays.

Shipping Risk: Another challenge we face is shipping. We’ll do our best to ensure that your product is shipped to you as soon as possible, according to the delivery date, but there may be factors beyond our control, such as customs and shipping regulations, that could cause delays. In case of any shipping delays, we will keep you informed and provide regular updates on the status of your order. However, we learned from thousands of deliveries from previous projects and built an in-house shipping solution that rigorously checks for outliers and mistakes made in addresses. This is to prevent our packages from not being delivered. Once a package is shipped, our customer care team regularly checks in with you until you’ve received your package.
