Mic tuner

The Core 2 comes with a brand-new microphone tuning app. Simply open the microphone tuner app on Core 2 without the need for additional accessories. Using the built-in MEMS microphone you can tune virtually any instrument with precision so that you always sound great. 

Contact tuner

Core 2 introduces an improved contact tuner that allows you to tune in the noisest environments. Musicians can purchase either the adhesive tuner mounts (additional add-on) that always remain attached to their instrument or the brand-new magnetic tuning clip (additional add-on).  

 
Due to patent licensing requirements, we may not be able to sell magnetic tuning accessories in the United States. If this happens, affected customers will have the option to either refund the entire order or the magnetic tuning accessories.

Musicians are four times more likely to suffer hearing damage. Core 2’s dB meter protects your most important tool – your ears. 

Real-time monitoring: Automatically receive alerts when it’s too loud for too long. We take your privacy seriously and Core 2 does not record your surroundings. 

Check your exposure over time: Check the current, maximum, and average decibel levels at any time.

Alarm

Shipping and Orders

Do you ship internationally? 

Absolutely! We’re a global company and ship to almost every country in the world. We ship to all countries except Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, India, Philippines, Afghanistan, Pakistan and Iran.  

How much does shipping cost? 

Shipping charges will be calculated and charged in a Backerkit survey that we will send you close to the shipping date. We expect shipping will cost between $10-15 USD for almost all countries. To keep it simple, total shipping will not increase if you purchase multiple devices.  

Can I cancel my order? 

Yes, if you change your mind before the campaign ends you can cancel your order. After the campaign ends we’ll order all the parts for mass manufacturing and canceling won’t be possible because we have to honor our purchase with our suppliers.  

Do you offer a product warranty? 

Yes, we offer a 1-year warranty on all of our products. If your item has a defect due to a mistake on our part, we will send you a replacement free of charge. We also offer an additional add-on with our 3-year warranty plans, which you can choose at checkout.

Do I have to pay additional taxes and duties? 

Prices do not include taxes or duties. We promise that we’ll try to ship products in an optimal way for you, to avoid ideally all, or at least most, taxes and duties. Unfortunately, we can’t make any promises, because ultimately it is up to the laws and regulations of your country how much to charge you.  

Can I change my order? 

To an extent, yes! Close to the shipping date, we’ll send you a Backerkit survey where you have the option to upgrade from a Core 2 to a Core Steel 2, add additional accessories, and in case you purchased any watch straps, choose your favorite color.
