Party well.
Making wellness sticky, and seriously up-leveling your socializing game.
Yes & Well Co.
We’re all about empowering you to take charge of your health and wellness in a way that is sustainable, meaningful, and transformative.
Why?
Despite having more “wellness” tools, classes, hacks, and information than ever, “the aggregate of the stress, sadness, anger, worry and physical pain that people feel every day reached new records in 2021 and has been on the rise for more than a decade” (Gallup, 2022).
Wellness continues to be a “good idea” that lacks stickiness in our real world environments: @work @school @sociallife @partylife @parenting @thegrind

Champions of fun and play, we have a long game, and endless creativity through the power of partnership to impact this problem.
Here’s how we’re going to do it:
Phase 1 | Where We Are Now
- Live Events / Experiential Learning
We vet the very best of the world’s wellness: services, products, and resources. Then, we find the companies, private groups, and communities who are interested in learning new ways to incorporate wellness into their environments. Think: corporate outings, bachelorette parties, and other life celebrations.
Packed with our pals, our expertise, our event-wrangling prowess, and a sprinkle of magic, we pop up with curated experiences that let you dive headfirst into fresh ways of connecting, socializing, and having fun – while being well. Left with new tools, and hands on experience, you and your crew can keep the good times (and good practices) rolling long after we’re gone.
- Catering
All the yum, none of the ummm. Our fresh seasonal menus feature vibrant colors and delicious flavors that are highly nutritious and naturally energizing. Exclusively alcohol-free, minimally processed, ethically sourced, and sustainably served, our food and drinks are beautiful and delicious supplements, or alternatives, to the traditional fried, sugary, boozy, options at parties, meetings, or social gatherings.
Phase 2 | Our Next Stop – Why We Need You
- A Place to Call Home. IRL
We need a physical space in Austin to host our guests, cook our food, and store our toys. With an event space we have “home field advantage”, allowing us to:
- Tackle event challenges and uncertainties head-on
- Customize our venue for unique programs
- Enhance guest experience
- Broaden our programming capabilities
- Greatly enhance our revenue opportunities with new community programming, space rental, and retail
- Provide, healthy, convenient, affordable meals to more people
- Home – Online.
Subscription membership. With funding, we can develop our online environment to house valuable member resources, places to connect with likeminded soon-to-be friends, attend virtual workshops, register for upcoming live events, and have a pulse on all things Yes. Members will enjoy access to exclusive events and content, waived entry to community functions, discounts on Yes products, and always be on our speed dial as the first to know.
Challenges
“Wellness”, in practice, always sounds great. But, is generally met with some common challenges:
- Excuses (time, money)
- Boredom
- Lack of results
- Lack of incentive
Let’s be serious, gooey cheesy goodness is way more appealing than celery sticks, and who can pass up the free food at work? Wellness continues to be presented in spa colors, muted tones, and as a journey of discipline and abstinence. NOT fun.
We bring that special je ne sais quoi that is the difference between just another yoga class, and the class that got your group giggling, creating, experimenting, and playing.
Change is said to not be easy… but, this change might not be as hard as you think. The stats speak, and they are loud…
- 82% of employees agree it is important that their organization sees them as a person, not just an employee (Gartner, 2022).
- 3 in 4 who are not offered [mental health] programs are interested (Gartner, 2022).
- 330 million adults go at least two weeks without talking to a single friend or family member (Gallup, 2022).
- A 2019 study found that when employers or supervisors initiate drinking events, employees feel obligated to participate (NIH, 2021).
- 49% of people are curious about cocktails with non-alcoholic spirits (Bacardi, 2022).
- 54% of American respondents said they’d rather receive a ticket to a live experience than a physical gift (Eventbrite, 2022).
- 80% of respondents said that rising costs are causing them to tighten their budget, and 89% say they expect inflation to continue. Despite this, 70% of respondents said they plan to spend the same amount on events (Eventbrite, 2022).

About The Founder
Oh hey there.
I’m Robin, and events done well are my jam.
As an avid advocate for wellness + pleasure, I design and organize celebrations, escapades, and gatherings of all kinds for people and the companies who care about them.
Maybe it’s my love of parties or passion for feeding people. It could be my training in nutrition and wellness, or my own life experience of living life fully and maintaining a 70-pound weight loss. Or perhaps it’s the decade or so working with major brands to produce high-profile events or the training I’ve had in growth, development, and transformational learning. But I suspect it’s ALL of that, along with my unending obsession to discover, explore, and curate enriching and nourishing ideas, that led me here . . . to create the company of my dreams.
