At Noise, we’re dedicated to delivering a LUNA Ring that not only looks great but functions flawlessly. Here’s how we’re tackling some initial design and manufacturing hurdles:

Challenges Addressed:

1. Manufacturing:  At Noise, we have over 9 years of experience designing and crafting innovative wearables. We’ve honed our expertise in sensor selection, PCBA design, R&D, hardware, algorithm, and software optimization. LUNA Ring’s unique design presented a challenge in miniaturizing complex electronics. However, we’ve overcome this hurdle, meticulously crafting a ring that seamlessly integrates all essential sensors and hardware without compromising accuracy, performance, or battery life. Luna Ring has undergone extensive testing to ensure it meets our high standards for performance and reliability.

2. Low yield during manufacturing: We’ve meticulously refined the design to minimize potential issues with flexible PCBs (printed circuit boards) during production, ensuring a higher yield of usable rings.

3. Multiple PCBs for different sizes: Originally, multiple PCBs were needed to accommodate various finger sizes. We’ve successfully developed a single, versatile PCB that adapts to all sizes, streamlining production and reducing complexity.

4. Supply chain concerns: We understand the current supply chain challenges and are actively working with reliable partners to mitigate potential disruptions and ensure consistent material availability.

5. Maintaining thinness: Balancing functionality with a sleek form factor presented a challenge. However, we’ve optimized the design to deliver a LUNA Ring that’s both comfortable and feature-rich.
