Our Story
Growing up in a Haitian household, each person holds a unique set of memories close to their heart, but one common thread among them is the cherished recollection of a delectable Haitian concoction known as “cremas”. This homemade creamy delight with notes of coconut, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg was a staple at family gatherings, celebrations, and often bestowed as a heartfelt gift.
A few years ago, at a family reunion, my wife and I noticed a bottle of homemade cremas on the kitchen table. We both had the same idea: what if we bottled the taste of cremas as a traditional cream liqueur to share with the world? And so we did! Using my grandmother’s cremas recipe, we decided to honor her legacy by naming the brand after her initials. That’s how LS Cream was born.

By creating LS Cream, we quickly realized we were responding to the growing demand for a new flavor profile within the cream liqueur category, while also offering cremas connoisseurs a refined version of an iconic Caribbean recipe.

When we first had the idea, we knew that the distinct taste and rich heritage of cremas would resonate far beyond the Haitian community, and we were right. LS Cream won double gold at the New York Wine and Spirits International Competition and was awarded Best of Category at the New Orleans Spirits Competition.
