Thank you for all your amazing support in completing our short film COMING HOME. 

We have received so much positive feedback that my partner Elena Borgogni and I have decided to dive deeper into Silas’ journey, and adapt COMING HOME into a independent feature film called ICAROS: https://www.alaasafi.com/icaros

Sharing his late mother’s obsession for Brando and battling with his father’s influence, he embarks on a neurotic journey, risking everything to play the legend.”

Our talented friend Arthur Cauras joined both of us in writing the script, which we have completed and are extremely proud of.

We are now also including renowned French actor Denis Lavant (“Holy Motors”, “Two Lovers on the Bridge”) in ICAROS’ cast as the part of the father!

We are ready to start production, and we are aiming to initiate principal photography of ICAROS before the end of 2024, in Paris!
