There are 507 cities worldwide at risk from rising sea levels. In most of those cities, current solutions are simply cost-prohibitive and many governments are planning to abandon the coast and move its inhabitants inland. 

By providing local contractors with an economic solution, we can save these coastal communities!

Who are we?

The Addition Company provides 3D Printing living seawalls that are shaped like coral reefs and have embedded sensors to track live water quality data. The walls are reinforced with recycled marine plastics and are exponentially cheaper, faster to construct and long-lasting than anything available in the market.

We’re starting with pilot projects in beautiful Miami and Oaxaca, Mexico.  

Once we complete our proof of concept, we will create a platform to share our technology, materials and training with local contractors in coastal communities around the world. 

What We Need & What You Get?

We are raising $850,000 to buy 3D Printers and to fund our pilot projects in Miami, USA and Oaxaca, Mexico.  This raise will cover robots, transportation, materials, and labor.
