Sound waves cause physical vibrations which travel through the air which brings about different sounds but there are certain situations where this is amplified. Imagine you are at a concert and the deep heavy bass drops or you are at the cinema and an explosion happens, you not only hear the bass, you feel it as well. That’s because your body feels the physical sound waves resonating through the air and also your body and the seat in the cinema.

From gaming to watching your favorite movies or TV shows, everything is moving towards mobile platforms and mobile devices such as your smartphone or tablet. We have developed a pair of in-ear headphones that can give you a fully IMMERSIVE experience while maintaining PORTABILITY for the new modern mobile world.

Available in both WIRED and WIRELESS, we wanted to create something that is affordable, lightweight, free from fuss, and something you can carry in your pocket or bag just like your mobile device.

The Decibell vibrating in-ear headphones are designed with a unique 10mm vibration unit when low frequencies occur so you can hear and feel the sound. Each side has a conventional dynamic moving-coil 10mm driver and a 10mm vibration module. The mid to high tones are transmitted through the conventional dynamic driver and the lower bass tones are transmitted through the 10mm vibration module.

There are similar headphones with similar technology but it is usually a large and more cumbersome headphone that is not portable or lightweight. With our engineering and design, we have come up with something small that still packs a punch and delivers audible vibration at a specific frequency range.

As an ADD-ON we have provided a USB-C and USB-A dongle for backers of the Decibell Kinetic One WIRELESS . Backers can connect the Decibell Kinetic One with their Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and laptop devices with USB-C or USB-A ports.
