Risks & Challenges

Last year I completed my first crowdfunding project. Before launching it, I had always pictured that problems would come up during the campaign and careful planning would always come to the rescue. And yeah, it was like that, but in NIGHTMARE MODE due to the pandemic.

Last year I learnt a lot about solving problems and keep going, which helped me deliver my Kickstarter pledge to the backers. This year the pandemic disruption and economic slowdown will have their effects but now I have more knowledge of all the aspects involved in a Kickstarter enterprise.

This year I already know how the manufacturing company works, how to assemble the box efficiently, how to set the pledge manager, which fulfillment hubs work best, which air & sea routes should boxes take and a ton more of details that make everything work.

I don’t want to say it out loud, but this time I should be able to print faster, pack faster and fulfill faster too. Fingers crossed!
