In our family, we revel in wine. Our nightly ritual is to enjoy the finest wines with a well-prepared dinner. It cannot be overstated; we care profoundly about our wine experience!

With that in mind, we are keenly aware that sustaining a fine wine tradition can be pricey. Over dinner one evening, we explored the notion that we don’t need to spend a fortune to enjoy fine-tasting wine. That thought flowed into further conversation as to how we, as two professional scientists, could create a better, more affordable way to truly enjoy wines of any age, variety, and price point.

Our conversation led us to the lab, where we eventually discovered ADVINTAGE™ —an instant wine enhancer that enhances the texture and taste of wines that have yet to reach their full potential. We are thrilled to announce that we have completed all necessary paperwork, including patent and formulation work, and conducted a proof-of-concept study. However, we require funding to scale up the production process and bring this innovation to the market.
