The CLS-120 Force Feedback Yoke is specifically designed to meet the demands of advanced simulation enthusiasts who aspire to pilot larger aircraft with the utmost realism. 

Ideal for simulating flight operations in larger single and twin turboprop aircraft such as the Pilatus PC-12, TBM 800 & 900 series, King Air, and ATR-72, as well as turbofan aircraft including business and commercial jets like the Boeing 737 & 777, Airbus A320 & A350, the CLS-120 provides an exceptionally realistic experience.

Delivering up to 120N of maximum pitch force and up to 8NM of maximum roll force, this yoke offers precise control and responsiveness.

How to Connect the CLS-60 or CLS-120 Force Feedback Yoke to FFB Tools Software

Before you fly your favourite aircraft in your favourite flight simulator, you’ll need to connect our CLS-60/120 force feedback yoke. The good news is, it only takes three clicks and less than 30 seconds:

Our heavy flight simulator hardware devices weight quite a bit, so we understand you may be concerned about shipping cost to your address.

To address this, here are your shipping options:

Shipping Option #1 – Sea Freight Followed by Last Mile Ground Transportation

This option requires us to coordinate with shippers and consolidate about 200kgs worth of goods shipping to the same port destination. For our CLS-60 and CLS-120 force feedback yokes, this equates to about 8 units (based on dimensional weight). Do note that if you opt for this shipping method, you will need to wait until we are able to meet the 200kg consollidation requriement before shipping your unit.

Shipping Duration: Expect 3 to 4 weeks

This shipping option is estimated to cost around USD 50 to 80 to most global destinations.

Shipping Option #2 – Express Courier (FedEx, UPS, or DHL)

This option is the quickest but also the most costly. There is no need to consolidate orders, and we can ship as soon as Quality Control (QC) is completed.

Shipping Duration: Expect around 7 days or faster

This shipping option is estimated to cost around USD 150 to 200 to most global destinations.

We are pleased to inform our backers that we are production-ready and confident in our ability to meet the shipping deadlines outlined below.

Our shipping schedule is based on our assurance of delivering the units on or before the specified dates.

Additionally, we have allocated excess production capacity to accommodate higher-than-expected demand.

Should the demand for our products exceed our forecast, we will ramp up production after the campaign ends and adjust our monthly output accordingly. 

We promise to keep all backers updated on our production and shipping progress, no matter what.

Warranty Statement

FliteSim.com is committed to providing high-quality flight simulator hardware and stand behind our products with a comprehensive warranty. Our flight simulator hardware is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of receipt of goods.

Warranty Coverage:
1. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
2. During the warranty period, we will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
3. The warranty does not cover any damages or malfunctions caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorised modifications, or natural disasters.

Warranty Service:
1. To obtain warranty service, you must first contact our customer service team to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution.
2. Proof of purchase must be provided to validate warranty eligibility.
3. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the unit for repairs or replacement. Additionally, the customer will also bear the cost of shipping any replacement parts.

Exclusions:
1. Consumable parts such as batteries, unless damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
2. Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic on ports, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

Extended Warranty:
1. A 2-year extended warranty is available for all our products, providing additional peace of mind beyond the standard warranty period.
2. The cost of the extended warranty is estimated to be 15% of the Indiegogo pricing for our Indiegogo backers. After the Indiegogo campaign, the extended warranty price will be adjusted to 15% of the normal retail price for non-Indiegogo backers.

Limitation of Liability:
1. Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products as described above. We shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to the loss of use, loss of data, or loss of profits.

Absolutely! The first modular yoke handle we are designing is a Boeing 737-800NG-style yoke, followed by a VR-style yoke handle as requested by our Discord community.

No, the shipping cost is not included in the initial pledge amount for the Indiegogo campaign. The shipping cost will be calculated separately based on the delivery address at the end of the campaign.

13. Are customs, duties, and import taxes included in the Indiegogo pledge amount?

No, customs, duties, and import taxes are not included in the Indiegogo pledge amount. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon receipt of the shipment. The amount of these charges may vary depending on the delivery country’s customs policies and the value of the items. We advise backers to check with their local customs office for estimated costs to avoid unexpected charges upon arrival of their rewards. This information helps ensure that backers are fully aware of the additional costs involved in receiving international shipments.

14. What is the expected timeline for delivery?

We are scheduled to start production on 15 July, following the conclusion of our Indiegogo campaign. The production phase is expected to last one month. We aim to begin shipping to our first 100 backers in early September 2024 and thereafter in batches of 100.

We will keep our backers updated on any changes to this timeline and strive for the earliest possible delivery.

We are production-ready and already started mass production of the first 100 units of our CLS-60 Force Feedback Yokes. 50 of these units will be shipped to customers of our early-bird pilot campaign before 20 June 2024 and the remaining 50 units will be held as ready-stock inventory.
