Shipping Policy – 

We ship worldwide to all major countries. We will collect the shipping costs when we send across the post-campaign surveys. You will be able to select the choice of your jacket and share your shipping address in this survey. Our rich experience in supply chain management will ensure we offer you the best rates for shipping.

International Backers may have to pay additional import duties or other applicable taxes to the concerned authorities upon receipt of their goods – depending on the import policies of their respective countries. The duties and tax rates vary from country to country. If you wish to learn about the duties and taxes applicable to your shipment, you may want to check with your country’s customs and border protection authority. We have learned from our prior experiences that most countries have higher thresholds for import duties, and most of our international customers should not get charged any additional fees apart. Please note the shipping fees collected are different from the import & customs duties charged by the country’s local government.

Hassle-Free Exchange Policy –  

If you follow the sizing chart carefully, then the jackets shall fit you just fine. Still, if you wish to exchange your jackets for any reason, we’ll happily do that but you’ll have to pay for the two-way shipping. Because we are offering our jackets at highly discounted prices, we won’t be able to accept returns. Please make sure the items are unworn and unwashed. Also, all items must be in the condition you received them with all hangtags still attached. We accept exchanges up to 30 days after you receive the jacket(s).
