Where do we ship to?

We provide free shipping worldwide! However, the listed prices do not include value-added tax and goods and services tax, depending on the country of delivery. The supporter is responsible for paying these fees (value-added tax, goods and service tax, customs duties, taxes, etc.).

Indian orders: Due to the outbreak of the pandemic, orders for shipments to India have been postponed.

Delivery and after-sales

GTR5 has three warehouses for shipping, one in China, one in the US, and one in Germany.

Orders for EU and US customers are scheduled to start shipping at the end of December, from the US and German warehouses, so as to avoid charges such as customs duties.

All orders from other countries are scheduled to be shipped from China by default on December 22.
