Clarii mini is an innovative instrument with greater playability. Based on our beloved Wind Synthesizer R1, we fused loads of practical and playful features into a more compact body. Behold sonic and visual sensations, inspiring sounds, and gorgeous light effects.
We are Robkoo, a musical hardware & software design team based in Shanghai. We aspire to empower everyone to create and enjoy music, regardless of background or skill level. So we began creating Apps and gadgets that are intuitive and fun. In 2021, we launched our first instrument, Wind Synthesizer R1. Since its launch, R1 has received several honors, including MIDI Innovation Awards 2022, 38th Annual TEC Award finalist, iF Design Award 2023, etc. These awards are a solid recognition to its innovative design and functionality. So we began designing a model that is more affordable and accessible to everyone.

We have once again secured the prestigious iF Design Award, this time with Clarii mini, following the success of Wind Synthesizer R1. Clarii mini won over the 132-member jury, which is made up of international design experts. On top of that, the competition was intense: almost 11,000 entries were submitted from 72 countries in hopes of receiving the seal of quality.

Motion Control
With built-in high-accuracy accelerometer and breath sensor, playing Clarii mini is all about fun. Its motion control works with any onboard sound. Simply tilt its body and spice up your performance with special effects like pitch bend, portamento and vibrato.
Custom Fingerings
In Clarii App, you can access all settings of Clarii mini and tailor your play experience. Add custom fingerings and create your own set of scale.
Bluetooth MIDI
Clarii mini is a qualified MIDI controller that supports Bluetooth MIDI. Connect to any DAW, any sound modules to play limitless sounds. USB connectivity is supported as well.

Panel Description
With touch sensing performance keys on the front, including 7 note keys & 2 semitone keys, and 3 octave keys on the back, you will have everything you need to perform, from tender melodies to bouncy rhythms. 
Instructions
Press and hold the power switch (back button) to power on.
Hold the instrument with left hand above right hand. Place your left thumb on the circle below the display. Fit your right thumb below the thumb hook.
Fingers rest on keys. Gently wrap the mouthpiece with lips like a straw and start playing!
What’s in the Box
The standard package contains 1 x Clarii mini with mouthpiece cap, 1 x USB Type-C cable, 1 x dust bag, 1 x Quickstart Guide and 1 x user’s manual.
Neck strap, wrist strap, gig bag and replacement mouthpiece are optional add-ons.

With rich experience in manufacturing and the efforts of our team, Clarii is in the mass production phase. We will do our best to complete shipment within the estimated time frame, but given that fund-raising plan is susceptible to many changes, there is a chance that unexpected events (such as production accidents, shortage of packaging materials, or logistics delays) could cause delay in shipment. If you support this project, you agree to accept this risk and accept all possible changes that might cause a delay in shipment.
