Each Cutting Words series dice set contains 14 hand-polished resin dice in a custom display box. Consisting of 4 d6, 4 d20’s, 1 each d2, d4, d8, d10, d%, and d12, these beautiful dice sets get their namesakes, (some more loosely than others), from literature throughout history.

Unlock special sets by completing Social Stretch Goals. Each Social Stretch Goal milestone will activate a Kraken D2 coin symbol. Once the corresponding number of D2 coin symbols have been activated, a new set will be unlocked and become available to select as part of your pledge upon campaign completion.

Shipping fees will be collected at the time of campaign fulfillment.

While we would love to be able to provide shipping fees to be included in pledge pricing, the significant fluctuation in the cost of shipping over the last two years has led us to the decision to collect shipping during fulfillment.

Based on current rates for Domestic shipping:

1 to 2 sets in display boxes would cost approximately $10 to ship.

3 to 4 sets in display boxes would cost approximately $15 to ship.

5+ sets in display boxes would cost approximately $20 to ship.

Based on current rates for International shipping:

1 to 4 sets in display boxes would start at approximately $30 to ship.

Because each set will have the Lux box, we’ll be providing the most efficient options available once we determine total pledge package sizes. While we are hoping for little to no increase, due to the world climate and projected increases, the estimates could change significantly. Our goal is to stay as close to today’s prices as possible and we’ll be in constant negotiation with the carriers to ensure that we are able to levy the volume of packages for the lowest rates possible.

Why Kickstarter?

With the popularity of sharp edge sets, and the general economic climate we have found it very difficult to predict the appropriate number of sets to produce to ensure that supply meets demand, without creating an unmanageable excess of product kept in the lair.

After reviewing several options to better meet the potential demand, we have determined that the best course of action would be for customers to let us know in advance which sets they want, and how many we’ll need to order for each set.
