Attention International Backers

This version of the Draft Top® PRO was designed for the 202 standard end can. Many countries around the world use the same size top,  but some countries have slightly different sizes and also carry multiple sizes. 

To be sure the Draft Top® PRO will works on your local cans, you can measure the inside diameter of the rim. If your can is about 2″ (51 mm) you are good to go!

Our Mission

The team at Draft Top® believes there is a better way to enjoy life by the products you come in contact with regularly. It’s the reason you’ll pay more for a better experience with certain products. Whether its fine spirits or cool gadgets, the convenience and outcome are always weighed. 

Well, at Draft Top®, we spend a lot of time around friends and family drinking really unique beverages and don’t enjoy the standard canned approach. Honestly, no one does. Its like eating a great culinary meal out of a tube. So, our mission is to redefine the can drinking standard around the globe and give consumers the option to elevate their drinking experience.    

Support from our Kickstarter & Indiegogo backers allows us to run production, create tooling, gain feedback, and design new products. Kickstarter & Indiegogo products are referred to as “rewards” because they are not purchases in the traditional sense. They are rewards for supporting our business in a similar way that public television funds their service through pledges from viewers.

Risks and challenges

The Draft Top® Team has been through numerous product launches including two previous Kickstarter & Indiegogo campaigns. In other words, this is not our first rodeo. Both of our Kickstarter & Indiegogo campaigns have been successful, and we fulfilled product for everyone that filled out the survey. Outside of Kickstarter/Indiegogo, we have designed and manufactured hundreds of thousands of Draft Top® tools since 2016 and are well versed in the risks and challenges associated with introducing a new product to the world. Having said that, this is the most complicated product we’ve designed to date, so there is always potential for unexpected delays. The biggest risks we see are delays in the early stages of production…you know, the dreaded mold making process, but the team has worked hard to select the most reputable vendors to reduce the chances of these delays. From the technical side, there is little to no risk for our backers. We have been working for over 4 years to design, develop, and test this product including automated life testing to ensure the design will meet the needs of our most demanding users. For us, the quality and reliability of the product is a must. Delays, as painful as they are, are always possible, but our team is working day and night to get this product in your hands as quickly as possible. If delays do occur, we would like to assure you that no corners will be cut, and we will be fully transparent with any updated delivery dates. We can’t wait to get this product into your hands so you too can Drink Topless®.

We have designed and tested Draft Top® Pro to last for tens of thousands of cans. So there are plenty of moments to share in your creative spirit.

Reusability and recyclability

Our packaging is made from cardboard which is recyclable, and our product eliminates the need for single use plastic cups or the utilities associated with with washing glasses. Furthermore, our product promotes the use of 99.9% recyclable cans.

Sustainable materials

The wood features in our product are made from Acacia wood which is sustainably harvested compared to most hard woods. We will also look to incorporate Bamboo as an option in the future.
