Hello, Dreamers! We’re Al and Ronell Colquitt, the proud owners of Dream Bowlz Superfood Cafe and Wellness Shop, located in Hercules, CA. Our family-owned and operated business is rooted in our passion for promoting health, wellness, and community. We specialize in nutrient-packed superfood acai bowls, smoothies, and wellness products like our house-made sea moss gel.

We’re thrilled to share our next big dream: Dream Bowlz Express: Fast Track to Wellness, a food truck that will allow us to expand beyond Hercules and bring our healthy, plant-based superfoods to even more communities, making wellness more accessible to all.

If we don’t meet our entire goal, we’ll allocate funds to purchase a used food truck or trailer and start operations on a smaller scale while working toward our ultimate vision.

Launching a food truck comes with challenges. 

1. Rising costs of equipment and supplies: We’ve carefully researched suppliers and will prioritize cost-effective options without sacrificing quality.

2. Navigating permits and regulations: Our experience with running Dream Bowlz ensures we’re ready to tackle the paperwork and compliance needs.

3. Scaling production for mobility: We’ve tested our recipes for consistency and efficiency, so we’re confident in delivering the same quality on the go.

4. Lack of support from banks and financial institutions, which have not allowed us to borrow any funds. Despite this, we’ve been able to build and sustain Dream Bowlz entirely on our own, but now we need your help to take the next step and bring our vision of Dream Bowlz Express to life!

Our track record of overcoming challenges, like starting a cafe from scratch with no funding proves that we’re prepared to handle these hurdles and adapt as needed.
