Initially, I created Dual Lift Desk for myself.

You see, I was really struggling when I had to transition to working at a desk job after years of at a work bench and drawing board. I felt restless and uncomfortable with so little movement, and I hated staring at one spot all day long.

But I couldn’t find a setup that gave me the freedom of movement I was looking for—so I decided to design it myself.

The beautiful, ergonomic desk you see today is the result of countless drawings, advice from medical experts, and listening to what people really wanted.

After jumping through a bunch of hoops to get it just right, I’m so excited to finally share this amazing desk with the world. Once you try it, you’ll quickly realize it’s not just a piece of furniture, it’s a whole new way of working that’s going to make a real difference in your daily life!

Risks and challenges

We have worked extremely hard to make this product ready for full-scale manufacturing and fulfillment, but here are what we see as the risks and our plan to assess them:

MANUFACTURING: We have partnered with the world’s top manufacturer of standing desks. The engineering, testing and production line design are completed, and as soon as we reach our funding goal they are ready to assemble the production line. We will also have quality assurance people on site during production.

FULFILLMENT: Sometimes things get a bit crazy and stuff happens that can’t be planned for: a supplier misses a deadline or a shipment gets lost. Those things could cause a delay. We are using an experienced logistics team to get our products to you. We’ll keep open and honest communication with you through our process so you know where your product is and when it’s going to get to you.
