a) Los productos que presentamos aún no han sido manufacturados y los diseños finales pueden variar 
b) Si compraste posters digitales, a final de Marzo o inicios de Abril te enviaremos opciones a elegir (más allá de las que mostramos en la campaña) y recibirás tu archivo(s) elegido(s) en el mes de Abril
c) Si compraste barajas, las estarás recibiendo alrededor de Septiembre, 2021
d) Si nos apoyaste en los niveles que conllevan recibir una o más copias del primer producto que manufacturemos (más allá de las barajas), entiendes que aún no tenemos fecha fija de su manufactura y que el o los productos a ser elegidos para producción van a depender de la respuesta de nuestros clientes a una encuesta que enviaremos posteriormente a la campaña para saber cuales son los productos de mayor demanda. Nosotras nos comprometemos a mantenerlos totalmente informados de nuestros avances, de manera transparente y responsiva.

e) Si deseas un reembolso de tu contribución, puedes solicitarlo directamente a IndieGogo siempre que lo hagas antes de que finalice la campaña. Una vez finalice la campaña, Dutidú no aceptará devoluciones, ni solicitudes de reembolsos.

b) If you bought digital posters, at the end of March or beginning of April we will send you options to choose from (beyond the ones we show in the campaign) and you will receive your selected file (s) in the month of April, 2021
c) If you bought playing cards, you will be receiving them around September, 2021
d) If you supported us in the levels that entail receiving one or more copies of the first product that we manufacture (beyond the playing cards and posters), you understand that we still do not have a fixed date of its manufacture and that the product(s) to be chosen for production will depend on the response of our backers to a survey that we will send when the campaign ends to find out which products are in highest demand. We are committed to keeping you fully informed of our progress, in a transparent and responsive way.

e) If you want a refund of your contribution, you can request it directly to IndieGogo as long as you do so before the end of the campaign. Once the campaign is over, Dutidú will not accept returns or requests for refunds.
