Our Goal

The goal of Enzo’s food truck is to bring a new exciting food scene to Sioux City, IA. We want to push the farm to table movement forward and use as many farm grown ingredients as possible. Enzo’s will have seasonal, made from scratch food, offered in a quick and affordable manner.

What we believe

 We believe that food should come from farms and free of GMO’s and pesticides. We will be sourcing all our meat from cage free farms. The cows will be grass fed as well. Not only does this produce better flavor, but its better for the animal and has more nutrition when you eat it. All of our produce will be organic and farm grown as well. 

The Story of Enzo’s

Enzo’s food truck is the creation of Chef Braden Cleveland. Enzo’s is named after Chef Cleveland’s newborn son, Enzo. Chef Cleveland is a young chef and entrepreneur born in Sioux City, IA. Chef Cleveland has worked in multiple restaurants in Sioux City, gaining experience. His goal is to travel the world learning about cuisine and techniques, then to open multiple restaurants and food trucks. Chef Cleveland believes in using high quality, organically farm grown ingredients. All of his restaurants will feature the farm to table movement. Enzo’s Food Truck is the first step in achieving this. Enzo’s was created to give people amazing food, all made from scratch, and farm sourced. Enzo’s food truck will be a valuable addition to Sioux City, IA and elevate the food scene.

What we sell

Enzo’s will be a place where you can buy top quality, international cuisine such as homemade burgers and fries, carne asada tacos, beignets, and more! At Enzo’s, we will cook seasonal menus with the ingredients that are in season. Our menu’s will keep  the fan favorites, but change our menu for each season. Our beef,chicken, and eggs will also be organically farm raised.

What your support helps us do

 The majority of the funds will go into buying the food truck itself. The remainder of the funds will go into a custom wrap for the food truck, maintenance, marketing, menu development, opening inventory, capital, and other start up costs. With your support, we can make Enzo’s a reality and support local farmers and the community.
