Yes. The next generation of magnetic animals are stampeding their way into the FableWood-family, and we couldn’t be happier.

Meet the new crew

We have created four new animals who will be joining the FableWood family. Like the rest of the animals, these new ones are made from North American walnut and ash and consists of 2-6 magnetic pieces.

So without further ado, let us introduce…

The Bull. At first sight, you might think that The Bull is quite aggressive… but that is not the case for this one. He loves to just strut around and take in his surroundings, and he is always protective of those he cares about.

The Little Bull. The young bull is very imaginative and he always comes up with the funniest games, which makes him very popular among the other animal cubs. But once in a while, his boldness will get him in trouble.

The Mother Elephant. Mother Elephant might not be as big as Father Elephant. But don’t be fooled by her size and gentle nature… she is just as powerful. If her family is in trouble, you better watch out!

The Father Elephant. Father Elephant is a big and strong guy. He has excellent leader skills, a powerful appearance and a calming nature, which makes him very respected by the other elephants.

 Like the rest of the FableWood family, the animals meet the safety requirements for toys put forward by the Danish Safety Technology Authority and the European Union. Thereby, FableWood is CE approved from 1 year and up.

 … and approved for grown ups. 

The dual function of the animals means that they can both be used as high-end toys for children and as beautiful and fun interior design for your home. The only limit is your imagination. ?

We are still planting trees

As always, we are planting 5 trees for every animal we sell in collaboration with Eden Reforestation Projects. This is a project that we are very proud to be a part of because we are contributing to reforestation and at the same time help alleviate poverty and empower local communities.

Safety

We take safety very seriously and we use independent consumer labs to make sure that everything is safe and certified before we ship it out to you.

The final product will be CE-marked and compliant with the European Standard for Toys covered by EN-71 and REACH. 

Responsible Manufacturing

Our manufacturer is a responsible Danish-Vietnamese toy manufacturer. Their facilities and working environment live up to Danish standards and they are continuously taking initiatives to reduce their environmental footprint.

Risks and challenges

When you are working with magnets you want to make sure that things are done properly. That is why we have teamed up with a toy manufacturer experienced in delivering quality products that are compliant with the strict European standards. We have also received guidance from the governmental agency for toy safety in Denmark (Sikkerhedsstyrelsen) as well as an independent consumer lab specializing in toy safety.
