Made of food-grade silicone rubber with heat-resistant up to 150 ℃, unfolded Foldibox is a great insulation between a serving dish and a table. In addition, thanks to its weight, Foldibox can be used to cover the paper lid of the cup noodles to speed up cooking while noodles are being cooked.

Added with the special inorganic silver antimicrobial Ag+formula “IONPURE” made by Ishzuka Glass Co., Ltd in Japan, Foldibox remove bacteria and odors effectively.
IONPURE® is a glass material that combines silver ions with antibacterial activity. It can be mixed and added to the resin to strengthen the endurance of the composition of the glass network through a special processing procedure.
Then, the composition of the glass structure is adjusted to control the chemical resistance of the glass, so that the glass can be slightly soluble to water to gradually release metal ions. Metal ions is capable of preventing bacterial reproduction, bacterial proliferation, and to remove bacterial.
The surface of the microorganism itself is negatively charged, and the positively charged antibacterial metal ions are drawn to the surface of the microorganism. Because of the charge imbalance, it will break the cell wall.
When the antibacterial metal ion enters the microorganism, it will react with the enzyme in the microorganism, inhibit the activity of the enzyme in the microorganism and prevent its division and reproduction. These interactions will make the antibacterial metal ions to effectively kill bacteria.

It specializes in the production of various silicone products and have exported these products to the customers around the globe. 1SO 9001 certified, the production procedures of the sub-contractor are in compliance with the environmental regulations.
Since Foldibox is made of food-grade heat-resistant silicone and high-temperature resistant Neodymium Magnets (NdFeB), it requires complicated manufacturing procedures to combine these two materials and countless testings for critical evaluation to ensure the quality.
Hence, in addition to the cost of raw materials, the complex manufacturing procedures, and subsequent tests drastically increase the total costs of Foldibox.
Nevertheless, thanks to the efforts from all the supporting parties, we are pleased to make Foldibox possible.
