Hello I’m Monique aka Chef Mo & it’s very nice to meet you! I am a single mother of 1 son, who will be military bound after high school year 2021. He’s a great student athlete, ROTC, & more! Love that kid! Well, it was always important to me to show my son hard-work and dedication. By always keep pushing forward no matter how hard life gets. Moving around 17 times within a 5 year span & finally being settled now for 7 years is a blessing. Fighting anxiety, depression, obesity, health scares and life struggles, I manage to keep a smile on my face and live to see another. Knowing this is not the end but the beginning to be something great!

Living by those words and offering healthier way of eating go hand and hand! When you eat good , you feel good! However there’s many who can’t afford the right choices when purchasing food & there’s many who would love to eat right but don’t know where to start or the mother who kids just won’t eat their veggies and fruits.  Well let Fresh and Tasty help!

Fresh and Tasty’s will be a food delivery service/ice cream truck style/event pop snack shop! Yes, all of that and more as I continue to grow!!! I need help with obtaining this van, wrapping it, and to make it legal to become a mobile food truck! Equipment, signs, tent, and anything else pertaining to this business. 

The delivery- currently as of today 11/19/2020 I have a small car that was gifted to me on yesterday, however I need to get it on the road so I can start delivering. Right now I have my customers come to my home and pickup their orders. My house has turn into half of my business. Reason being I need that van to turn it mobile food truck ready. The owner is working with me to purchase it and fixing the minor issues.

Ice Cream Truck style- Ever watch the “Fresh Prince of Bel-air” well my business is inspired by that show. FAMILY-LOVE-UNITY and more. It was a unique show that showed me that all POC don’t live in poverty and that you can be what you want if you put your mind to it. They ate together, cried together, solved issues, and had so much fun. The feel with the van will just the same. When it gets wrapped, I want the kids and families to see and feel the love, taste what’s fresh and healthy to eat, dance and laugh with my customers in the streets. Of course in a safe fun way. 

During this pandemic I wish I could of had everything I needed to spread love and joy. Mo love the kids and if you know me personally you know my heart!

Ok ok ok so what I make is yummy to the tummy! Heck yeah! 

Fresh squeeze lemonade-offering different fresh flavors such as strawberry, watermelon, mango, pineapple, coconut, berry blast and more. I add NO artificial flavoring, coloring, everything is always fresh. I live by it!

Fresh fruit cups-mixed variety of fresh fruit dice to bite size pieces. Cups can be customized by your taste

Fresh Fruit candy- I make my own candy mixed with fresh fruit. Hard and sweet on the outside, fresh and juicy on the inside

Veggie & dip cups- Mixed fresh veggies with hummus/salad dressing dip

Bag to Blender- Gallon bags for your smoothies with all fresh veggies and fruits. You never have to worry about all that cutting up. I”ll do the job for you! You just take the bag to the blender. Much more….

I have so much to offer. I am also a coach in fitness and have been on my weight-loss journey with 120 loss so far. I have people all over wanting and needing my services for both but I have to start here. My passion of healthy food for kids and local communities!

This is my job that I created! Help put me to work! I want to thank you all for going on this exciting journey with me. I am going to stay positive and focus on being successful.
