The GTRS Intelligent Processor System includes 9 classic guitar simulations, 126 guitar effects, 40 drum grooves, 10 metronome variations, and an 80-second looper. All settings can be quickly edited through the GTRS app with more simulation files and effects planned to be released in the future. The Super-Knob and GWF4 wireless footswitch enable quick preset changes during live performance and the built-in chargeable & replaceable battery frees you from low battery anxiety. Guitarists can even use a single OTG cable to set up a live stream while performing.

All-in-one GTRS Intelligent Processor System

The GTRS Intelligent Processor System is the key difference from traditional guitars. This small black box includes MOOER’s top tech for samples, simulations, and effects algorithms. Everything is built-in to the GTRS Intelligent Processor System to work smoothly while playing your guitar and switching between presets and settings. You can use the Super-Knob to change your saved presets directly or you can connect the Intelligent Guitar System to your Android/iOS/iPad OS devices for more detailed tweaking.

The Intelligent Guitar System includes guitar amp modelling, cab simulation, a variety of guitar effects, and guitar simulation. Multiple output options make it easy to use GTRS in a variety of playing situations.

We have chosen 126 high quality effects that can be accessed through the GTRS Intelligent Processor System.  With the GTRS APP, all the effects parameters can be easily edited and saved as presets. Individual effects in the effects chain can also be rearranged for maximum customization.

GTRS Guitar Simulation

GTRS Intelligent guitar also includes the latest MNRS technology for guitar simulation.  There are 9 classic guitar sims built-in to the GTRS Intelligent Processor System. Each guitar sim will be downloaded automatically when selected from inside the app. The initial release will feature 9 guitar sim choices such as a ’58 Les Paul, a ’52 Tele, a 60s Strat, and others with several more planned for future updates.

For Guitar Beginners and Pros

GTRS includes multiple categorized presets for quickly selecting different tones. Beginners can simply select a preset in their favorite style without having to worry about creating their own custom tones. By using the GTRS app,  presets can be easily downloaded from other users or artists. the GTRS app also has a built-in guitar chord dictionary, drum machine, and tuner so theres no need to switch between apps. You can also use another mobile device to play tracks when you practice. 

For guitar beginners, it can be discouraging to spend hours trying to recreate the same tones as your guitar heroes. We believe the easier it is to recreate your favorite sound, the more motivated you will be to learn. Over time, beginners can learn more about different guitar effects without having to invest tons of money on different pedals and guitars just to find out what they like.

It’s quite big task for guitarists on tour – all the pedalboard, amps, equipment and set up become increasingly difficult to haul and distract from the enjoyment of the tour and the music. GTRS aims to solve this problem by providing a product that can be setup and controlled by a mobile application, but doesn’t solely rely on while playing. After setting all presets in the GTRS guitar and/or Footswitch, players can quickly switch between all presets on the fly without fiddling with their phone or tablet.

 

About the Guitar

The first Standard 800 model features an American basswood body, roasted Canadian maple neck, and a rosewood fingerboard that feels great in the hand. The Custom S-S-H alnico pickup configuration was specifically chosen to provide the maximum amount of tonal flexibility while adhering to tried-and-true guitar designs. With the GTRS system turned off, all the functionality of a “normal” guitar remains and your Standard 800 can still be plugged in to your favorite amp, pedals, or effects unit.

About Super-Knob

The Super-Knob is a specialized interface for the GTRS Intelligent Guitar. With the combination pot and push knob, you can easily control the main signal output of the guitar, change between saved presets, access the tuner, or turn on/off the guitar simulator. The LED light color indicates which preset is currently selected.

About GTRS APP

The free GTRS APP offers a wide variety of tools to shape guitar tones and aid in live streaming, recording, and practice. After connecting the GTRS guitar via Bluetooth, these presets can be customized and shaped through the app, saved to the GTRS guitar, and even uploaded to the cloud to share with other users. The app is available for free and can be downloaded now for Android, iOS, and iPad OS. Using the app is not required to use the GTRS guitar, only to edit and create presets or access cloud functions to share and download presets.

How to connect the GTRS APP to your GTRS Guitar

Connecting your guitar to the application is simple! Turn on the Super-Knob on your GTRS guitar and follow the on-screen instructions. First-time users will need to scan the QR code for your guitar. After first-time setup, connecting the guitar to the app is as easy as connecting any other Bluetooth device.

About GWF4 Wireless Footswitch

GWF4 Wireless Footswitch is a four-channel footswitch for switching between presets and toggling effects when using the GTRS Intelligent guitar, the footswitch LEDs will also indicate current status,  and the LED display screen shows the currently selected preset name.
