I am a co-founder of a mobile online platform – HandyMate(legal name HandyMate Inc.) Most households don’t have the time or energy for the physical labour required to repair and maintain their homes, run errands and do chores. Quite frankly, their time is better spent elsewhere. Even for the rest, finding someone they can trust at an affordable price can become a job of its own. HandyMate provides a platform where people can find reliable and trusted people to tackle jobs for them by connecting local professionals to customers in their area. 

 A new Canadian service platform has been launched that will change the way people find trusted and reliable professionals to do jobs, chores and tasks around their homes. HandyMate does not only help people find and hire professionals in their area, it also helps new and experienced professionals increase their customer base and build reputable online profiles for themselves with ratings and reviews.

 The person looking for a service must first download the app and register. They can then browse through different available services in their area and choose the right professional for the job. Unlike other platforms, HandyMate vets every professional that registers to offer their services. That means customers can be assured that they are hiring a trusted and reliable person.

 Customers don’t have to worry about making payments directly to the tradesperson once the job is finished, neither do they have to worry about any extra hidden fees. All payments are done safely and securely through the HandyMate app.

 The HandyMate app is not only a great way of finding reliable people to do jobs around a home or property, it is also a great way for professionals and those looking to start a business of their own to find new customers. They have an opportunity to reduce their marketing costs by having a platform which puts them directly in front of a potential customer base.  Current events have changed the way people work.  We realized that there are millions of people across the globe who have valuable skills but struggle to monetize them due to insufficient experience or local government restrictions.

 We are running HandyMate Inc from our houses and lost a few potential investment deals with venture capitalists due to current events. We are struggling to pay for servers and ready to expand to other cities and countries. None of the team members are getting paid and live on government support. I would like to ask online community to support me and my friends, we are dedicated and committed to our vision and work, we want to make HandyMate a global platform that benefits local economy and helps people. 

 The money that we raise will be spent on paying for:
 – servers
 – marketing (online presence)
 – mobile platform updates
 – third-party monthly services
 – expansion to other cities, countries
 – legal work to expand to other cities
