er of hr, your EEOC and Employee Relations Navigator where we Empower, Inspire, Motivate
JCIM Technology is a web and mobile application development company that has developed our very own Employee Relations (er) product to solve the startup and small business issues with poor performance, absenteeism, and employee dissatisfaction. We help those companies prevent lawsuits and EEOC complaints, and companies that paid out EEOC settlements and the EEOC has taken over their HR duties. Our cutting-edge SaaS platform is reshaping the workplace landscape. Crafted for optimal efficiency, our innovative solution tackles employee relations challenges head-on. “er of hr” provides exclusive access to a Society of Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) to navigate US Employment Laws and protect your business against potential EEOC charges.
Background:
My name is Marcellus Flenory and I am the Founder of JCIM Technology Corporation. We have built a new SaaS product called “er of hr” or “Employee Relations of Human Resources.”
“er of hr,” traces back to 2007 when a cousin introduced the idea of offering HR consulting as a subscription based service for $25 per month. However, at that time, I had a different vision. I preferred working directly with a select few companies to provide excellent service and build lasting relationships that would yield referrals. Moreover, this approach allowed me to gain diverse experience across various industries, recognizing the universality of HR principles in the world of business.
Fast forward to the last five years, from 2018 to 2023. During this period, I found myself working with startup companies and small businesses, often devoid of a dedicated HR department or professional. My role involved serving as a recruiter and assisting these organizations in building their teams. Through interviews with these startups, I uncovered a recurring theme – their struggles in managing people, particularly as their teams expanded. Three central pain points emerged:
-
New to Management: Many leaders were new to management roles, grappling with the responsibilities it entailed.
-
Managing a Growing Workforce: As their companies grew, these leaders found themselves managing more people, posing new challenges.
-
Lack of Knowledge in Employment Laws: Understanding and navigating the intricate web of employment laws proved to be a significant challenge.
