Hoeg Hotel Group is a startup business located in Wilmington, Delaware. We are dedicated to providing an outstanding and user-friendly hotel service to our target market. THE “HOEG HOTEL GROUP” stands for green hotels with environmentally friendly and socially responsible concepts. Our main concern is to provide Hotel and Leisure services. We buy hotels and holiday facilities and keep them in our own stock. We operate these hotels on our own responsibility.
At Hoeg Hotel Group, we buy hotels at a low price, and we convert them to green hotels so as to generate environmental pleasure for our clients. We are the laid down plan to hire experienced staffs and experienced hotel managers in order to attain a success peak in this industry.
The Business Model:
The business model is developed from the understanding that there is a growing need to establish hotels in our target locations, and there exists a substantial opportunity to cater to these needs, adopting the innovative concept and generating huge revenue.
Our
business concept consists of three pillars:
1). Hotel
Operating Company.
2). Trade
in leisure real estate.
3). Promotion
of environmentally friendly concept up to gentle tourism.
It is planned to proceed in three steps:
1st. Step:The purchase of DOULIANA VILLAS & HOUSES. 20 villas. (in 2021)
2nd. Step: The purchase of „PERARLS OF CRETE“ (in 2021 -2022) The project “PEARLS OF CRETE” consists of 9 apartments – 16 houses – 4 shops.
3rd. Step: The purchase of suitable restaurants, beach bars and rental stations for cars, scooters, bicycles and boats. These objects are rented to external operators. They should round off the offer to our holiday guests. For this purpose, contracts are concluded with the operators. So that it is possible to connect a vacation subscription with additional services. (in 2023).
