Hey everyone! We’re so excited to share our latest creation with you: the K-Smart 3.0, our newest upgraded titanium quick-release keychain.

This is a project that’s really close to our hearts. We’ve taken everything we’ve learned from our previous two generation K-Smart keychain, and poured it into this one. The K-Smart 3.0 is the result of all that experience, a ton of market research, and listening closely to what you, our amazing supporters, have told us you want.

We’ve kept the best features of our earlier models, but we’ve also made some big improvements. The K-Smart 3.0 isn’t just another keychain; it’s the most remarkable one we’ve ever made. The new quick-release feature makes it incredibly convenient and user-friendly, taking the whole experience up a notch.

In case some backers are new to us and our K-Smart keychain, let me take a moment to reintroduce our journey and product.

Two years ago, we launched our very first K-Smart keychain, a multi-functional belt buckle. This little gadget can be attached to your belt, clipped to your pocket, or bag using its unique clasp design. What’s really cool is that we packed 12 everyday use handy tools into this small product, truly living up to the EDC (Everyday Carry) name.

Smoother User Experience

In the previous two generations, the opening and closing of the clasp primarily relied on the connecting rod, with the flat surface of the titanium keyring acting as a lever. While many customers appreciated this design, some found it somewhat challenging to use. This time, we have revamped the structure to make the opening and closing smoother, streamlined the appearance, and reduced the number of screws from three sets to one. The new quick-release head allows for easier key removal without needing to detach the main body, significantly improving the user experience.

Upgraded Glass Window Breaker

Regarding the window-breaking feature, our first-generation product did not have this function. In the second generation, we added a tungsten steel strike point, but since it was on the top, we were concerned it might accidentally injure someone, so the protrusion wasn’t very pronounced. In this generation, we’ve replaced the tungsten steel tip with a rounded glass breaker and added a stepped design. This ensures it won’t cause injuries during regular use while maximizing the feature’s effectiveness, making it more efficient in emergencies.

Quick-release Keychain & Loss-proof Design

The key improvement in K-Smart 3.0 is its redesigned quick-release mechanism. Unlike previous versions, the keychain now separates from the main belt buckle, making it effortless to detach even when the buckle is securely fastened. Once attached to the titanium belt loop, it enables smooth 360-degree rotation, ensuring your keys remain organized and easily accessible at your waist. This innovative design significantly enhances user convenience and ensures user-friendliness.

Loss-proof Design

You can choose between tritium tubes and glass luminous tubes. Here’s a breakdown of the key differences to help you make an informed decision:

Tritium Tube – Offers a constant, bright, and long-lasting glow in the dark, making it ideal for frequent low-light environments or emergency situations. Its self-powered glow doesn’t require an external light source to recharge, ensuring reliable and consistent illumination throughout its lifespan.

Glass Glow Tube – Relies on absorbed light to emit its glow. Once charged by exposure to a bright light source, it glows in the dark for a period of time. This option is often less expensive than a tritium tube and may be suitable for those who don’t need a constant glow or are looking for a cost-effective choice. However, the brightness and duration of the glow depend on the amount and intensity of the absorbed light.
