 Built-in optical sensors give you a smooth and intuitive listening experience. Kaibo Flex pauses your audio automatically when you take your headphones off and resume play as soon as you put them back on – perfectly aligning your listening experience with your movement.

Kaibo Flex is equipped with dual noise-canceling microphones so that you can make crystal-clear calls. The environmental noise cancellation (ENC) filters out any surrounding noise whether you’re out running errands, commuting, or at home.

Kaibo Flex has a built-in battery with up to 8 hours of listening time on a single charge and standby time for up to an entire week. The charging dock adds another 32 hours of battery life, giving you a total of up to 40 hours when you’re on the go.

Kaibo Flex also features two convenient quick-charge options that we know you’ll love: a 5-minute quick charge gives you a whole hour of battery life while a 45-minute charge gives you another 6 hours.

We are a team with over 30 years of headphone engineering experience and love that bone conduction technology is becoming a more popular option for everyday headphones. Our professionals have designed audio processors for brands like Bose and Sennheiser, and we build our bone conduction technology upon the same principles of delivering fuller-range premium sound quality. We spent the last two years researching the materials and mechanical design in order to deliver unparalleled privacy, comfort and sound in a BCT headphone. 

Our goal was to design Kaibo Flex for everyday use, so we also focused our attention on fit, battery life and portability. A lot of prototyping and testing was conducted to  create the portable charging dock that provides up to 40 total hours of use before ever needing to plug in – a first for BCT headphones!

We were at CES 2022  

 Kaibo Audio was born out of a simple desire to combine a passion for music and travel while staying present to the world and the moments around us. Chia-Po, more affectionately known as CP, is the founder of Kaibo Audio. He has over 30 years of entrepreneurial experience in the consumer and high tech space and was most recently the COO of a leading sound component manufacturer in China that engineers world-class bone conduction transducers.

It was this introduction to BCT that led CP to fall in love with the idea that you could safely listen to the audio while not missing out on life as it happens around you. And while we’re not the first to create open-ear headphones, bringing better and more accessible BCT headphones to the market quickly became a passion that aligns perfectly with CP’s love of music and zest for life. In fact, CP’s favorite thing about using Kaibo’s BCT headphones is that he can listen to music and hear himself sing at the same time!

Today, CP leads our engineering, design, and manufacturing teams across Taiwan, China and the US. His former company remains our exclusive partner in designing and supplying the patented BCT components that go into all of Kaibo Audio’s products, and he also oversees the design & manufacturing house that works on product ID and assembly.
