*The water tank is large enough that you don’t have to change the water constantly anymore!

*This is a brush-friendly design. It won’t harm the tips of your bristles!

*Every time you’re done cleaning, you can just take out the silicone cleaning insert and give it a thorough wash on its own.

*No need to remove all the brushes before pouring the water.This will make the cleaning process easier.

Note:After our testing,due to the specific nature of miniature painting acrylics, we do not recommend storing miniature painting acrylics for more than 10 days. However, other oil/watercolor/acrylic paint can be stored for at least 60 days or more. (you can also use the paint box to store tokens for your games)

I’d like to talk about my design philosophy ↓

— Save your time,space and money

When I first came up with the idea for this product, I did a ton of user research, chatted with artists on forums every day, and really got into their mindset. I’m a firm believer that a good product should boost users’ productivity and save them money.

— Why modular design?

When I was brainstorming the product’s design, I thought about breaking it down into modular components. Why, you might ask? Well, I noticed that each person has their own special way of using it. That’s why I wanted to make sure that every user could tailor their experience to fit their needs and create their own art box

— Enjoy the time with your family and friends

When designing this product, I want to incorporate the concept of social interaction. With society rapidly evolving, human communication has become less frequent, as everyone is immersed in their smartphones. However, I aim to use the idea of “modular design” in the product to allow people to enjoy quality time doing crafts with friends or family. You can imagine that you only need to purchase a modular art box and then split it into two parts to use it together with your friends.

Confirmation of Pledge ↓

After the Indiegogo campaign ends, you will have to confirm your pledge and provide the necessary information through the Pledge Manager:

  • Detail of your order
  • Filling out of your delivery information
  • Payment of any additional fees
  • Validation and confirmation of your order in the pledge manager

We will announce the opening of the Pledge Manager through a Indiegogo update. After the opening is announced, you will receive by email an invitation with your connection details.

NOTE: You will have to fill in the Pledge Manager within the allowed time frame. It is your responsibility to check your emails and spam to make sure you received the invitation to fill in the pledge manager in time.

In the event that the Pledge Manager is not completed and confirmed within the allotted time frame, your pledge will be considered cancelled. On request, we will refund 90% of the backed amount through Indiegogo in accordance with our refund policy.

Communication and Support ↓

We will communicate on a regular basis about all the important steps and updates. In addition, we will use Indiegogo updates and will duplicate these updates on our Facebook page to make sure everybody receives the information.

We do not guarantee any answer through the direct messaging of our Indiegogo, Indiegogo comments, or Facebook pages due to the lack of traceability.

Delivery ↓

Once the project is ready, we will deliver to the shipping address provided during the Pledge Manager.

You are kindly asked to keep the delivery information updated and error-free. In case an address change is needed, you will be able to do so until 2 weeks before the products are shipped.

A summary email will be sent to you before the shipment for you to review and amend if needed. It is your responsibility to check your emails and spam to make sure you received the invitation to review and update your address on time.

NOTE: In case the delivery address was incorrect or incomplete and the delivery was not possible, the subsequent shipment will result in additional shipping costs.

The most adequate shipping company will perform the delivery at the time of shipment. For some cases and countries, in particular, for smaller shipments, the shipping might be performed untracked at our discretion.

Please note that to offer you the lowest shipping rates, we, unfortunately, cannot ship products in separate shipments even if some items are available earlier.

NOTE: We will ship in March 2024!

All package are exclusively shipped via Hong Kong, a free trade port, ensuring that customers are exempted from any export tariffs. 

  • For backers based in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia,  the shipping fees already cover customs fees, duties, value-added tax (VAT), and import taxes. 
  • However, it’s important to keep in mind that some remote areas or unique situations within these regions may require backers to personally take care of any applicable customs duties. 

Note:To ensure faster delivery, we have decided to ship to the following countries only —— the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, France, Italy, Germany, and Spain.

In October, we partnered with two logistics companies to conduct some shipping time tests, and here are a few examples of delivery time cases:

Refund Policy ↓

We will answer refund requests according to the following rules.Regarding the payments made through Indiegogo: 

Refund in full without any conditions within 14 days after the end of the Indiegogo campaign.

Thereafter, from the 15th day after the end of the kickstarter campaign, until the start of the first shipment of rewards,90% of refund without any conditions. 

The start of the first shipment will be announced through a Indiegogo update. Refund requests are to be sent to support@krudrufi.com

If the refund through Indiegogo or the Pledge Manager is not possible (invalid debit/credit card, expired card, virtual card or for any other reason…),the refund will be made by a bank wire transfer. Additional bank fees may apply.
