Product Testing and Development

Our goal was to design a smart ring that combines style, comfort, and practicality, enhancing your fitness, wellness, and daily routines. We collaborated with a leading smart wearables manufacturer to select high-quality materials, develop the software, and ensure efficient mass production. We considered aluminium and steel alloy for the ring’s exterior, but settled on titanium for its lightweight durability. 

For the interior, we chose epoxy to ensure comfort against the skin. We refined the design for optimal comfort and accuracy, and after identifying a skin irritation issue with the initial charging port design, we switched to Palladium for safer, improved wearability. We also noticed some inaccuracies with sleep measurement on the earlier versions, but managed to fix this in the later prototypes. 

Our preproduction sample passed all accuracy and reliability tests we conducted both with our manufacturer as well as an independent auditing partner. This approach highlights our commitment to delivering a smart ring that is not only sophisticated and comfortable but also packed with features that make a real difference in your life.
