Lunar 01 is a stylish and fully customizable keyboard that allows you to personalize the perfect keyboard look, feel and sound exactly as wish, for an efficient and satisfying typing experience.

With the Innovative gasket mount, Lunar 01’s keyboard can be used with or without a plate, you can adjust the material, quantity, and position of the gasket to obtain the desired elastic feel.

Lunar 01 has a pick-up lamp that can identify cosmic signals and is equipped with 2 rockets with a firm thrust. The coolest thing is that the keystroke sound with flick and full echo cancellation is quite clear without any noise, just like the signal sound transmitted in the universe.

Lunar 01 is pre-lubed for the best possible experience for consumers. It provides an innovative gasket mount and dual silicone dampener which greatly improves the elastic feel and offers a more holistic sound signature.

Lunar 01 uses silicone as the dampener. It provides a precisely sculpted silicone dampener on the bottom of the case and between the PCBA and the plate. With the silicone dampener mod, users could eliminate unnecessary noise such as case ping and keyboard case reverberation.  It also gives the keyboard a deeper and more satisfying sound signature. 

With the use of an EVA switches pad and PC plate with excellent elasticity, Lunar 1 has greatly improved the stability and consistency of keyboard feel. The angle of  3.5°, 6°, and 8° on the two-stage base is more ergonomic. 

With the quick-release design, you can build your own Lunar 01 look, feel and sound exactly as you need it to be.

Most customized keyboards need to be screwed to disassemble the keyboard. Lunar 01 has a quick-release design on the back of the keyboard. With the complimentary crowbar,  it is easy and convenient to remove the bottom case. Open the bottom in 3 seconds and start your customization journey!

• Dye-sub Keycap

The Keycap Set is made of durable PBT with dye-sublimated legends for more durability. 

To optimize finger travel, it`s sculpted in the unique KDA profile, which combines the popular height of the Cherry profile with the satisfying shapes of the SA profile in a concave row configuration to meet your fingers as they type. 

With KDA profile Dye-sub PBT keycaps and R5-R1 height distribution, the keycap is suitable for all tilt angles of the keyboard, optimizing your input experience and improving input efficiency.

• Double-shot  Keycaps

The Keycap Set is made of PBT with double-shot legends for more durability. With a Cherry profile keycap surface, it has a slight texture that provides more grip and gives you a more enjoyable typing experience.

• Crystal/Icy PC KeyCaps

Crystal PC KeyCaps are transparent and the Icy PC KeyCaps are matt transparent. The Keycap Set is made of PC with a Cherry profile.Crystal/Icy PC KeyCaps have perfect effect day and night which are visually striking colors to make your keyboard even more dazzling.

You can easily swap, upgrade, and mix switches without soldering. Customize your dream keyboard just as you like it!

With the programmable knob, it is easily customize the knob to your desired key or macro. Press the knob once to switch the pickup lamp mode. Turn the pickup lamp on or off when pressed for 1 second.

Each key has its own RGB backlight, and it is south-facing RGB-LED! You can set up the colors in the way you want and match up the backlighting with your mood every day.

In order to provide the best typing experience. Lunar 01 uses the Gateron screw-in PCB stabilizer for larger keys like the spacebar, helping distribute the weight of each keypress across the entire key and it keeps the balance of larger keys and reduces the wobbly.   

Lunar 01 is compatible with 5-pin MX switches, which are designed for builds that will forgo the plate and thus include extra pins to compensate for the lost stability by securing it tightly to the PCB.

Lunar 01 kit provides 4 switches that are assembled, including gpro2.0 yellow, red,  silver, and brown, you can choose your favorite switch.

The G Pro 2.0 switches upgraded their mold from the original G Pro Series and offer an RGB SMD condenser, which is renowned for its dynamic lighting effect and tactile typing experience. 

This self-lubricating mechanical switch with a 3-Pin mount not only has a reduced spring noise and less stem wobbliness but also its anti-oxidation alloy contacts ensure a longer switch lifespan. 

The light opening on the upper housing has a light-concentrating spot and light-guiding column to make the whole switch look crystal clear and provides better light performance to the typist and gamer.

•  Yellow Switches 

G Yellow Pro 2.0 is more rigid, but it doesn’t need heavy force to be triggered. For people who like to have a sense of pressure, are more rigid, and fast rebound, this is best for them. 

• Brown Switches

The sound of G Brown Pro 2.0 is a little noisy, but it is the only tactile switch of kit provides. It can be used in the scenes, such as games, typing, and daily work.

• Red Switches

G Red Pro 2.0 is the most commonly used Gateron switch because the pressure is more moderate, light, and prolonged periods of typing will not feel tired.

• Sliver Switches

G Sliver Pro 2.0 is linear with a 43gf operation force which makes them perfect for gaming when you need fast reaction times.

Lunar 01 is an open-source and fully customizable mechanical keyboard. After the campaign, we will provide drawings draft of every component. If you want to change the material of the parts, you can customize it with the drawings.

Lunar 01 has innovated the structure of the traditional gasket mount, providing more possibilities for keyboard customization.  The charging PCBA is separated from the main PCBA to obtain the stability of the inserted data cable.

With 14 optional Poron and silicone gasket pads, you can easily obtain the desired elastic keystroke feel by adjusting the quantity, material, and position of the gasket. For example, if you want to feel crisper in the space, you can remove the gasket pad.

Most keyboards are not compatible with the situation without the plate, but the Lunar 01 can be adapted.

Benefiting from this special structure, the gasket can also be used without the plate, allowing you to enjoy the bouncy typing experience of a plateless keyboard. In order to achieve the most elastic and soft feel when typing, it is a better choice to match the plate.

The PCB is a hot-swappable version and the switches may be unstable when the positioning plate is not used. You can expect KEYSME to provide a PCB with a welding shaft version. 

Inspired by the Apollo missions of NASA, Lunar 01 is the world’s first spaceship design mechanical keyboard. There are two magnetic fidget spinner rockets which can be attached on both sides of the keyboard, and can spin freely for up to 1 minute as if running on rocket power. It is a perfect decompression tool to help you relax and maintain focus.

Detachable pickup lamp can change light effects as you type on the keyboard. With the pickup lamp removed, it can be used as a phone or tablet stand. The bottom groove is compatible with Lego, so you can customize your keyboard with limitless creativity.

Lunar 01 supports iOS, Android, macOS, and windows, you can pair it with up to 5 devices and work seamlessly! Bluetooth mode can connect three devices.Press fn+1, fn+2, fn+3 to switch devices. Press FN+1、FN+2、FN+3(for 3 seconds) and pair with.

Two lithium batteries, with total capacity 4000mAh,  Lunar 01 can last for up to 800 hours of typing.
