MS1001

MS1001 is MECEXP’s first-generation product, indicating that MECEXP will bring even more innovations and creativity to the public in the future. Representing the collision of tradition and technology, MS1001 adopts a movement driven by CNC (Computer Numerical Control) motors, utilizing digital programming and tracking for time calibration. MS1001 aims to provide users with an unparalleled wearing experience and a striking visual impact with new technologies, materials, and designs.

MOVEMENT

The design of MS1001’s movement revolutionized the internal structure of traditional mechanical watches. It introduces CNC motor driving, using digital programming and digital tracking for time calibration, replacing the traditional mechanical watch’s mainspring with CNC motor driving. The intricate mechanical movements of the watch are achieved through algorithmic programming, leading to a flawless integration of modern intelligence and mechanical timepieces.

It has a built-in lithium battery. To charge, simply align the charging cable connector with the charging port at the bottom of the watch for automatic attachment. It uses a Type-C connector to convert power for charging, eliminating the need for frequent battery replacement. Moreover, it’s worth mentioning that the battery has an exceptionally long lifespan. Even with 24 hours of continuous wear, it can last approximately a month.

MS1001 simplifies the complexity, streamlining the intricate gear structure of traditional mechanical watches, and significantly enhancing the watch’s resistance to external shocks.

DIAL

The design of the dial is the soul of the watch, reflecting the unique ingenuity of the designer.

MS1001 breaks away from the traditional dial window design, offering a departure from the time display method of traditional watch hands.

A metal bar is set in the middle of the dual windows for separation, cleverly placing the LOGO in the middle of the bar, creating a unique visual effect. The left side displays the hour and minute marks, while the right side indicates the minute and second marks. We’ve converted the traditional circular dial markers into linear ones, making the reading of time more straightforward and clean.

The intertwining of traditional and modern concepts makes it easier to read hours, minutes, and seconds. This unique presentation gives the passage of time a distinctive rhythm on your wrist. It’s as though time is leaping on your wrist, imparting each moment with a unique vitality.

Hand Made From Leadscrews

Choosing a lead screw as the core of power transmission, this design inspiration came from a random moment. One day, Jason observed a 3D printer creating models at an exhibition. He saw the print head executing precise actions driven by the lead screw and was deeply moved by this scene. At that moment, a surge of inspiration came to him like a spring: the lead screw is renowned for its high precision and reliability, which was precisely the watch design concept he pursued, wasn’t it? This unique way of displaying time not only gives mechanical vitality to the watch but also enhances its accurate and reliable performance. At that special moment, Jason found the possibility of innovation.

The dual linear flyback hands break from tradition, interpreting the passage of time in a novel way. This design both showcases the unique character of the watch and makes reading time more intuitive.

The built-in LED light ensures that the wearer can clearly read the time in any environment, whether it’s day or night.

SAPPHIRE CRYSTAL

MS1001 breaks visual constraints – the design incorporates slight slopes on the twin windows on either side, creating a perfect side arc. This enables dial readability from any angle. The sapphire crystal glass is crystal clear, scratch-resistant, and durable.

CASE

The MS1001 comes with two distinct case options to choose from. Each case is meticulously forged from recyclable 316L premium steel, undergoing processes such as sandblasting, brushing, and polishing, resulting in sharp and well-defined edges. The black case is coated with a high-hardness PVD black coating, imparting it with a matte finish that exudes a modern vibe. The silver case radiates a pronounced mechanical aesthetic without the need for any embellishments.

MS1001 incorporates the CMF color diversity design, cleverly using color clashes to show the unique charm of fashion trends. Our design philosophy isn’t confined to a single color scheme. The contrast between the dial and strap with different colored scales and strap stitching lends a more dynamic edge to the overall look. It aims to meet the unique needs of different scenes and different groups of people, bringing personalized choices to every user.

By default, we ship watches with straps that match the color scheme of the dial. Our watch straps are made from a combination of nylon and leather, providing a soft, skin-friendly feel. They are also water-resistant and sweat-proof. If you’ve purchased a watch but would like additional straps in different colors, you can select them from our add-on options.

Warranty

Each MECEXP watch comes with a unique code. This is not only proof that the watch was crafted by Mecexp but also represents that it’s exclusively your MS1001. For the MS1001, we offer a two-year quality guarantee. Any malfunction arising from quality issues falls under the warranty. However, damages resulting from improper use or handling, such as scratches on the surface, color fading, strap damage, or glass breakage, are not covered by the warranty. Beyond the warranty period, we also offer paid repair services for you.

We hope the MS1001 will accompany you forever. To enhance its longevity, we recommend servicing it every three years, such as replacing the waterproof gaskets and cleaning. Because over time, with temperature fluctuations, perspiration, and continuous vibrations, the watch’s water resistance may be affected.

MECEXP, founded by Jason with four decades of experience in the watch industry, is an independent watch brand encompassing design, research, and manufacturing. Jason accumulated a wealth of experience through early watch repair, OEM orders, and later on, the design of watch brands. In 2019, he established his own brand–MECEXP. Based on innovative thinking, MECEXP has successfully combined modern electronic technology with traditional watch mechanics.
