Momma Taught Me Purple, Daddy Taught Me Blue

This is a love story, not just between a young couple, but also their daughter’s love for them. Shortly after her mother’s death,  a young woman travels to their racist past in hopes of changing her parents’ future.

It’s “Black” to the future meets Lackawanna Blues set in the early 1980’s and in 1950’s Deep Deuce OKC, a haven for blacks, but not always a safe one.
