The smallest practical adult glove, a great choice for hitting pads with your coach or on the heavy bag. A 10 oz glove will be appropriate for someone with smaller hands looking to hone techniques. It is recommend that you should train with 10 oz before a competition so that you can emulate the gloves used in the fight. (100 lbs – 150 lbs / 45 kg – 67 kg)

The 12 oz is more common use for pads and light sparring. Works also excellent to use when drilling with your training partner. The best all-around training glove is an 12 oz glove if you are not sure what size to buy. (100 lbs – 150 lbs / 45 kg – 67 kg)

Used for heavy sparring. If you hit hard, have big hands or weighs over 80 kg, these gloves are essential in protecting your partner’s safety.
