If your unit is not working properly, we will provide you with personalized technical support via chat or email to help you solve the problem, and if necessary, we will send you replacement parts and provide guidance so you can fix it. If the issue persists, or if it is something that cannot be fixed by you, we will either repair your unit without any charges, or replace it with a new one as long as the machine is not user-damaged.
