THE PLANET NEEDS TO BE LOVED

NotherWood is born from an idea, or rather everything is born from an idea. In this case, it is born from a reflection, which took place in a Bosco del Piacentino (IT). I was with my uncle, picking mushrooms. Both of us are passionate about watches and we came up with the idea of building a “special” one, an elegant watch, with a thin steel case with a wooden dial, with more essences. From this reflection was born the Design of Notherwood, a watch that wants to help the planet, using scrap wood to build its own dial, and rewarding nature, planting a tree for each watch sold together with an association. Today we have well in mind how to build it (thanks to the various suppliers already contacted) and how to market it, thanks also to the powerful social tools. Unfortunately, what we lack is the Budget.

NOTHERWOOD’S GOAL IS TO BE ABLE TO REUSE THE WASTE WOOD TO CREATE SOMETHING UNIQUE.

NotherWood will consist of:

– Steel case in three different colors (Satin black, polished gold and steel color)

– Dial in 4 different versions with three wood essences (the wood is a lamina recovered from the veneers of the furniture, the thickness is decimal).

– Interchangeable straps in 5 different versions all eco-sustainable. 

For each NotherWood watch sold, a tree will be planted, for which you can request documentation.

In each box will be present the certification of the planted tree, the tracking number and a personalized postcard to thank the buyer. 

NotherWood is designed to bring nature back to everyone’s wrist, and is designed with a very refined design.
