• Ship Your Ring: After confirming your size, we will ship your ring promptly, ensuring you receive it as soon as possible.

Perfect Fit: Make sure the ring fits comfortably on your finger. It should be snug but not tight, allowing your skin to move slightly when you rotate the ring. Choose the finger that feels most comfortable for wearing.

Sensor Placement:Smooth Side Outward: Position the smooth side of the ring facing outward.During Measurements or Charging: Ensure the illuminated light aligns with the pad of your fingertip for accurate data readings. Proper alignment of the light with the pad of your fingertip is essential for precise measurements.
