We’re back to bring our dream of an agritourism destination to support animal sanctuaries to life.
We’re back!! Welcome to Operation Angels- Phase Two.
Thank you for being here and for sharing this journey with us. What we’ve achieved together so far is nothing short of extraordinary. In Phase One of Operation Angels over sixty five hundred compassionate individuals from forty three countries came together to raise more than half a million dollars in just sixty days. This isn’t just a testament to the strength of our incredible community—it’s proof that what we’re building has the potential to create lasting change for the sanctuaries and rescue organizations we’re committed to supporting.
If you’re just discovering Operation Angels, welcome. This project has its roots in a life-changing moment back in 2012 when a “mini-pig” named Esther entered my life. What started as a personal journey quickly grew into something much larger: a global movement that inspired the creation of a sanctuary and now, an opportunity to transform a special piece of land into a beacon of hope and sustainability.
The farm we’re looking to purchase is more than just land; it’s a piece of Esther’s legacy, and by extension, part of the story of every person who has joined our mission. Located on the outskirts of the Greater Toronto Area, this property is ideally suited for what we have planned—a thriving agritourism destination and educational facility where every dollar of profit will be channeled back to support sanctuaries and rescue organizations in desperate need of funding.
Agritourism is a rapidly growing industry, with billions spent annually. By capturing just a fraction of that market, we can redirect substantial funds to organizations that are struggling to cover the rising costs of animal care. But this project isn’t just about generating revenue; it’s about creating a model that other farms and sanctuaries can follow, providing them with the tools and knowledge to sustain their operations and continue their critical work.
This campaign is more than a fundraiser—it’s an investment in a future where sanctuaries thrive, where the burden on existing donors is eased, and where a sense of community and collaboration flourishes among those who dedicate their lives to saving animals. The funds we raise will be held as equity in the farm, growing in value over time. If the property is ever sold, that equity will be donated to support sanctuaries and rescue facilities in line with our mission.
We set an ambitious goal—a one-million-dollar campaign to purchase the property. And thanks to your incredible support, we came close, but we missed the target and still need your help to cross the finish line. Phase Two of our campaign aims to raise an additional $250,000 CAD to close the gap and secure the farm, ensuring we’re ready to begin operations by Spring 2025.
