I am Mahmoud from the Gaza Strip, where genocide is taking place, and I ask you to lend a compassionate hand. I have been living, studying and working in Poland since 2018 and trying to support my family through savings. Now I beg you to help my dear family avoid the devastating consequences of the conflict. Your generosity can be a lifeline to a life free of violence. Join me in rewriting their stories and turning adversity into hope. Your contribution, no matter how small, will have a profound impact on my journey to family reunion.

Info(1): While I’m organizing the fundraising, keep in mind that today is the 135th day of the war in Gaza, where people lack access to adequate food and water and are unable to seek proper health and emergency care.

Info(2): On October 27, 2023, Israeli Defense Forces destroyed my family home, the house where I grew up, lived my childhood, my dreams, my memories, all gone!

Info(3): On October 31, 2023, the IDF killed my youngest brother while he was drinking tea in the balcony. 

I have never seen my family in the last six years, and that was last year.I never thought I could go through so much pain, and lose this number of people and things close to my heart.

Those are the kids of my sister ( Awni, Gilan, Tala), It’s latest photo for them, living in camp of tents right now, my old brother and his family and the rest of my family I couldn’t get photos of them as there’s no internet or telecommunications right now because of the war! 

My sister’s family have already lost their home too by airstrike.

Your help going to make 16 members of my family escape and keep their dreams a live! 

I aspire to your generosity to save what remains of my family and evacuate them out of the Gaza Strip.

How is your support going to be used? 

The majority of the support will be used to pay for special permits on the Egyptian borders. Unfortunately, the cost for that rises by the hour, starting at 500 USD per person at the beginning, and ending up at 5000 USD (20,000 PLN). No one can cross the border and escape without paying this amount of money unfortunately!

If you cannot donate, the next best thing you could do for us is to share this with your friends and your community. I want my family out of harm’s way, they are 100% civilians. We would greatly appreciate any help we can get!
