Many filmmakers, and content creators, including us, love our mirrorless cameras. They are compact, easy to use, more affordable, and often have great image quality even compared to some traditional cinema cameras. And in our creative process, we often need a lot of accessories to use with the camera in order to achieve better image quality or an easier workflow. Filter definitely is one of the most important accessories.

There are several ways to place a filter in front of your lens, each with its own set of drawbacks. Circular filters, for example, come in a variety of sizes and are inconvenient to screw on and off; magnetic filters are simple to install but may not be stable enough for a handheld action scene; matte boxes are the industry solution so far, but they increase both the overall size and cost of the rig.

Introducing POCO, a drop-in filter adapter designed for cinematography.

For users of digital cinema cameras and mirrorless cameras that don’t have built-in ND filters or those who want to run PL lenses without a matte box.

POCO comes with a PL lens to ERFZL mount. What is even better is the mount is user-interchangeable. This means that you only need to buy one adapter because it can be used on multiple camera platforms.

It only takes one second to take it out! By pressing a button, you can change the filter you need. The auto-locking mechanism can easily lock your filter in place, without worrying about it falling off.

One POCO will be compatible with filters for all sizes of PL lenses. Only need to use one size of filter regardless of what lens size you may be running. It’s very convenient if you own PL lenses with different front diameters.

POCO can be used with several different filter options, including VND, Black mist, White mist, and Streaks. When you don’t need to use a filter, just put in the Pure Clear and it will have no effect.

The VND filter doesn’t introduce a color filter even at its maximum density. It has built-in hard stops between ND 0.3 ~ ND 2.4 to ensure no risk of an X-Pattern Cross Shadow.

It’s a filter, it’s also an adapter. When you don’t need to use any filter, you can use Pure Clear. There is no filter effect and you can use it as an adapter.

At the same time, the VND filter can be manually or Remotely Controlled. It comes with 0.8 modulus gear and can be fitted with a focus motor, to help you smoothly transition between different lighting environments.

With POCO, you don’t need to remount your filter when replacing the lens, and perfect for easily changing the lens.
With a traditional filter/matte box, changing the lens requires re-installation of the filter or matte box.

The Support is compatible with Arca Swiss and has a 1/4 Screw Design. Guarantees durability and stability without performance degradation.

Certain PL lenses have a longer rear mount than others and this will make them unusable with the adapter. The POCO adapter is 24.5mm-25.5mm deep.
